Clinical Observation Of Qinbai Lotion On Prevention And Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Hygrothermal Downward Injection Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the effect of Qinbai lotion on preventing pain,wound edema,hemorrhage and healing time after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Damp-heat injection.To provide clinical experimental data for Qinbai lotion in preventing and treating complications after mixed hemorrhoids operation from the perspective of clinical efficacy.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).On the basis of the same routine treatment before and after operation,the treatment group was fumigated with Qinbai lotion twice a day before dressing change on the second day after operation,while the control group was fumigated with potassium permanganate solution.To score and recorde the wound pain,edema and bleeding before treatment,on the 2nd,6th and 10 th day after operation.To observe the wound healing time and counte the total curative effect.Results:Sixty patients were selected and no cases dropped out during the observation period.Before treatment,the general situation of the two groups was compared,P > 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The two groups were comparable in terms of wound pain,bleeding and edema after treatment.Comparisons of wound pain,edema and hemorrhage after operation between the two groups: There was no significant difference in pain,edema and hemorrhage between the two groups on the 2nd day after operation(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in wound pain,edema and hemorrhage on the 6th day after operation(P < 0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.On the 10 th day after operation,there was no significant difference in wound pain,anal edema and bleeding between the two groups(P > 0.05).Comparing the healing time of two groups,The treatment group the average wound healing time(11.30±0.367)days,the control group(13.60±0.419)the average wound healing time day.There was a difference in the healing time between the two groups(P < 0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The total curative effect of the two groups was compared: the effective rate of both groups was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Qinbai lotion has significant clinical effects in improving wound pain,preventing wound edema and bleeding,and promoting wound healing after hemorrhoids operation.There were no adverse reactions in the course of medication,and the safety was good.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
