ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic significance of alarm symptoms of upper digestive tract in upper digestive tract tumors.MethodsSelected the first to do gastroscopy and admitted to the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018,a total of 1298 patients were selected. The patients with 6 alarm symptoms including progressive dysphagia, persistent repeated vomiting, hematemesis, black stool, emaciation and anemia were included in the positive alarm symptoms group. The clinical data of 1298 patients were analyzed retrospectively, they were divided into positive group and negative group according to the presence or absence of alarm symptoms, malignant tumor group and benign disease group according to the results of gastroscopy.Analyzed the characteristics of upper gastrointestinal alarm symptoms and the diagnostic significance of alarm symptoms in malignant tumors. Results In this study,Were found:There were 304 cases of alarm symptoms,994 cases in the negative group,105 cases in the malignant tumor group, and 1193 cases in the benign disease group. There were 84 cases of malignant tumors in the positive group and 220 cases in the positive group.1.There were statistically significant differences in gender distribution between the malignant tumor group and the benign disease group, between the positive alarm symptom group and the negative alarm symptom group, between the A group(malignant tumor in the positive alarm symptom group)and the B group(benign disease in the positive alarm symptom group)(p < 0.05).2.Among the patients with positive alarm symptoms, the number of patients older than40 years old accounted for 89.5%,and the mean age of the malignant tumor group was significantly higher than that of the benign disease group. The age distribution of disease was not identical between the two groups.3.In the group with positive alarm symptoms, the number of patients with six alarm symptoms in group A and group B was compared, and the number of patients with progressive dysphagia and emaciation in group A was significantly higher than that in group B.4.In the positive alarm symptom group, the difference in the incidence of alarm symptoms between different genders was statistically significant(p < 0.05).In terms of average age and gender ratio, the positive alarm symptom group was higher than the negative group and the overall sample.5.The incidence of 6 alarming symptoms in the malignant tumor group was higher than that in the benign disease group, and there were statistically significant differences in anemia, progressive dysphagia, emaciation, and persistent and repeated vomiting(p < 0.05).6.Progressivedysphagiaandemaciationhave higherspecificity.Progressive dysphagia and emaciation are significant in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal malignant tumors.7.Age over forty(p=0.007),progressive dysphagia(p= 0.003),emaciation(p= 0.001),and black stool(p= 0.000)are risk factors for upper gastrointestinal tumors. Conclusion 1.Alarm symptoms of upper digestive tract have diagnostic significance for upper digestive tract tumors and benign organic diseases, there are three alarm symptoms emaciation, progressive dysphagia, black stool and age over forty are risk factors for upper gastrointestinal tumors.2.The proportion of male patients with alarm symptoms are higher than that of female patients.
