Objective:To investigate the expression of androgen receptor protein and GATA3 protein in the lesions of bladder urothelial carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods:Collect 60 patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma from the affiliated hospital of qinghai university around 2016-2018,who with complete follow-up data and had been resected without any preoperative treatment. In addition to collect 42 patients with mild chronic bladder urothelial inflammation as control group. Both the experimental group and the control group were sectioned for immunohistochemical staining to observe the expressions of GATA3 and AR.Results:1.In this study, the expressions of AR and GATA3 in the tumor groups and the control groups were statistically different.Compared with the control group, the expression of AR in the tumor group tended to increase, while the expression of GATA3 tended to decrease.2.In the 60 tumor groups, there was a statistical difference in the expression of AR in the presence or absence of muscle infiltration, and there was a downward trend in the expression of AR in the patients with muscle infiltration compared with another(P=0.001),and there was a statistical difference in the expression of AR in clinical stages, and there was a downward trend in the expression of AR with the increase of clinical stages(P<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference in the expression of GATA3 with or without papillary structures under the microscope, and the expression of GATA3 in patients with papillary structures was on the rise. There was statistically significant difference in the expression of necrosis under microscope. There was a statistically significant difference in the expression of the four groups in clinical stages, and the expression of GATA3 tended to decrease as the clinical stages progressed(P=0.03).3.Among the 34 patients with nonmusculoinvasive bladder cancer, the risk of recurrence was grouped according to the 2018 guidelines for non-musculoinvasive bladder cancer, and the AR expression in the patients with different risk degrees was statistically different, and the AR expression showed an increasing trend as the risk of recurrence increased(P=0.025).4.Among the 20 patients with recurrence, there was no statistically significant difference in the time of initial recurrence between AR expression,GATA3 expression, clinical staging, pathological grading, muscular infiltration, microscopic necrosis, papillary structure and single or multiple initial lesions(P > 0.05).Conculusion:1.Compared with the control group, the positive rate of AR and GATA3 expression in the tumor group showed an upward trend, while the positive rate of GATA3 expression showed a downward trend..2.The higher the clinical staging of bladder urothelial carcinoma, the lower the positive rate of AR,and the lower the positive rate of AR in patients with muscle infiltration. The positive rate of GATA3 in patients without papillary structures showed a downward trend. It can be seen that the positive rate of GATA3 in patients with necrosis under the microscope tends to decrease.3.In patients with non-muscular infiltration, the risk of recurrence tends to increase with the increase of the positive rate of AR.
