| Objective :1.To understand the sleep quality of Hui and Han students in Gansu;2.To determine the incidence of sleep disorders among Han and Hui students in Gansu;3.To analyze the related factors of sleep disorders in Hui and Han students;4.For those with poor sleep quality Provide scientific and reasonable help to strengthen health education and intervention for college students.Methods: A multi-level stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 12975 urban and rural residents aged 18-65 in 14 cities in the province.Among them,1536 questionnaires were collected from all colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and then 1,800 questionnaires were distributed to college students.The questionnaire includes: 1.General survey(including name,gender,age,height,weight,home address,elevation of residence,education level,marital status,occupation,income,mode of residence,current medical history,combined disease,personal history,Family history,etc.;2.Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS);3.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI);4.Anxiety Assessment Scale(SAS);5.Depression Self-Assessment Scale(SDS).The data was sorted by Excel,and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results : 1.A total of 1764 eligible questionnaires were collected,including1198 Han nationality students and 566 Hui nationality college students.The total average PSQI score of college students in Gansu Province was 6.82±4.2,and thetotal score of PSQI was greater than or equal to 8 points as a reference for sleep quality problems.The total number of people with sleep disorders was 612(34.69%),394(32.89%)for Han students with sleep disorders;218(38.52%)for sleep disorders of Hui students;statistics on the incidence of sleep disorders between the two ethnic groups.The significance of learning(P=0.02,P<0.05);2.The causes of differences in the incidence of sleep disorders among Han and Hui students in Gansu Province(P=0.001,P<0.05)and SAS,SDS(both P = 0.000,P < 0.05);3.Among the people with sleep disorders,there were 30 people with reflux esophagitis,accounting for 5% of people with sleep disorders.Conclusion: The average PSQI of college students in Gansu is 6.82±4.2,which is higher than that of other college students.The number of sleep disorders is 612,the incidence rate is 34.69%.The quality of sleep seriously affects the study and health of college students.We pay more attention to it;2.There are differences in the incidence of sleep disorders between Hui and Han students in Gansu area.The incidence of sleep disorders among Hui students is higher than that of Han students.The causes and mechanisms need to be further studied.3.Reflux esophagitis May be related to sleep disorders. |
