Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the status quo of sleep quality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)through questionnaire. To explore the influencing factors and interaction mechanism of sleep quality in patients with AMI.To provide theoretical basis for improving sleep quality of patients with AMI,carrying out relevant intervention and clinical health education. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study.Patients with AMI hospitalized in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of a Grade-III hospital in Baoding City from January 2022 to July 2022 were selected by random sampling as the research objects.350 patients with AMI were investigated by Mishel’s uncertainty in illness scale,Social Support Rating Scale,Cognitive Appraisal of Health Scale,Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the General Situation Questionnaire.Epidata 3.1 was used for data entry,SPSS 25.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis, unifactor analysis,Pearman correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, and AMOS 24.0 was used to construct structural equation model.Results:1 The total score of sleep quality in patients with AMI was 8.24±4.57.The scores of subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotic and day dysfunction were 1.03±0.79 points,1.38±0.98 points,1.06±1.09 points,1.25±1.31 points,1.23±0.52 points,0.89±1.27 points and 1.40±1.0 points, respectively 8 points.2 Univariate analysis showed that sleep quality of patients with AMI was significantly different in gender, age, marital status, economic income, occupation and Killp classification(P<0.05).3 Pearson correlation analysis showed that sleep quality in patients with AMI was significantly positively correlated with disease uncertainty, negative cognitive evaluation, and yield coping style(r=0.443,0.434,0.465,P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with social support and coping style(r=-0.339,-0.287,P<0.01).4 The results of stratified regression analysis showed that six variables, including gender, age,Killp grade, sense of disease uncertainty, negative cognitive evaluation, face and yield coping in medical coping style, were the factors affecting sleep quality in AMI patients(P <0.05).5 The results of structural equation model showed that social support, negative cognitive evaluation and yielding coping style had direct influence on sleep quality in patients with AMI.Disease uncertainty indirectly affects sleep quality through social support, negative cognitive evaluation and submission coping style.Social support indirectly affects sleep quality through submission coping style;Negative cognitive evaluation indirectly affects sleep quality through submission coping style.Conclusion:1 The sleep quality of patients with AMI was at a medium level.2 The sense of disease uncertainty, social support, negative cognitive evaluation, face coping style and yield coping style in AMI are closely associated with sleep quality.3 Sleep quality of AMI patients was affected by gender, age,Killp rating, disease uncertainty, negative cognitive evaluation, face and submission coping styles in medical coping styles.4 The study found that the theoretical model of stress coping had a strong ability to predict the sleep quality of patients with AMI.
