Objective: Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCT-A)was used to observe the therapeutic effect of intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nv AMD).Methods: The subjects were 20 patients with 20 eyes diagnosed as neovascular age-related macular degeneration from February 2018 to January 2019 in the Department of Ophthalmology, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. All patients received vitreous cavity.Anti-VEGF drug(Ranibizumab or Conbercept)was injected in 0.05 ml,once a month, and the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of all subjects after 3 months of treatment was recorded, also as central retinal thickness(CRT),superficial vascular complex(SVC)vascular density, deep vascular complex(DVC)vascular density, and choroidal neovascularization,CNV)vascular density.Compare the changes in various indicators of patients enrolled before and after treatment. Results: 22 patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration were followed up for 3 months. The Log MAR BCVA of the best corrected visual acuity at baseline was0.97±0.38,and Log MAR BCVA increased to 0.90±0.43(P>0.05),0.70±0.2337(P<0.05),0.57±0.29(P<0.05)at the first, second and third months of follow-up;CRT decreased from 493.85±182.18?m at baseline to 397.45±171.97?m(P<0.05),362.85±139.91?m(P<0.05),358.55±134.84?m(P<0.05)at the first, second and third months of follow-up;the baseline vascular density of the superficial vascular complex was 23.32±7.89%,and decreased to 21.61±8.24%(P>0.05),20.76±7.26%(P<0.05),20.90±7.93%(P<0.05)at the first, second and third months of follow-up;the baseline of vascular density of deep vascular complex was 17.05±6.17%,respectively,at the first, second and third months of follow-up the scores were 17.63±6.67%(P>0.05),16.83±6.15%(P>0.05),and17.50±6.15%(P>0.05).The vascular density of choroidal neovascularization was31.90±7.48% at baseline. At 1,2 and 3 months, they decreased to 27.69±7.47%(P<0.05),24.85±6.64%(P<0.05),and 23.22±6.46%(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,anti-VEGF treatment can effectively improve the best corrected visual acuity in patients with nvAMD and reduce the thickness of the central macular area.2,nv AMD patients can effectively reduce superficial retinal vascular density and choroidal neovascular density after anti-VEGF treatment.3.There was no significant change in deep retinal vascular density in patients with nv AMD patients after anti-VEGF treatment.
