| Objective:To study the relationship between cholecystectomy and bile reflux gastritis, and to explore its possible pathogenesis.Methods:123 patients with bile reflux gastritis diagnosed in our hospital from January2014 to February 2019,and 221 patients with non-biliary reflux gastritis were selected. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively reviewed.Using the?~2 test analysis, and logistic multiple regression analysis, the odds ratio(OR)measures the intensity of the association between exposure factors and disease.Patients were divided into three subgroups according to the gallbladder status, including gallbladder disease, cholecystectomy and gallbladder disease-free.And the frequency of bile reflux gastritis between the three subgroups was counted. Results:There were 53 males and 70 females in 123 patients with bile reflux gastritis,of which the average age is(54.62±14.73)years old;while there were 100 males and 121females with non-biliary reflux gastritis in 221 cases, the average age is(56.85±10.75)years old. There was no significant difference in gender and age(P>0.05,respectively).There were 22 cases(17.89%)with cholecystectomy and 26 cases(21.14%)with gallbladder disease in 123 patients with bile reflux gastritis. While there were 7 cases(3.17%)with cholecystectomy and 30 cases(13.57%)with gallbladder disease in 221patients with bile reflux gastritis. There was a significant difference in the likelihood of bile reflux gastritis between different gallbladder states(?~2=28.293,P<0.001),further two-two group comparison studies showed that there was a significant difference in the likelihood of bile reflux gastritis between the two groups of gallbladder disease and gallbladder disease-free(?~2=25.687,P<0.0125),there was a significant difference in the likelihood of bile reflux gastritis between the cholecystectomy and the gallbladder-free disease(?~2=6.734,P=0.009<0.0125),there was a significant difference in the likelihood of bile reflux gastritis between the cholecystectomy and gallbladder disease(?~2=6.452,P=0.011<0.0125).Independent risk factors were considered by Logistic multivariate regression analysis including cholecystectomy and gallbladder disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between cholecystectomy and bile reflux gastritis;Cholecystectomy and gallbladder disease may be one of the factors of bile reflux gastritis. There are little relationship between reflux gastritis and age and gender. |
