Study On The Chemical Constituents Of The Fruit Of Celastrus Stylosus

This paper contains two parts.The first part contains a systematic description about the chemical constituents of Celastrus stylosus Wall,including the process,results and compound identification.The second part is a review,it just introduce the constitutions and biological activities of Celastrus from 2009 to 2018.In the first part,32 compounds including 30?-dihydroagarofurans,2 triterpenoids were got from petroleum ether part of 95%extract of the fruit of C.stylosus by ODS?silica gel?MCI?SephadexLH-20 and HPLC column.The isolated compounds were confirmed by comparison with the spectroscopic data of published paper or spectroscopic analyses,including ¹H-NMR?¹³C-NMR?HSQC?HMBC?NOESY?HRESIMS and so on.At last,twelve new compounds were obtained,the structures of these compounds were CS-5,CS-6,CS-7,CS-9,CS-13,CS-14,CS-17,CS-20,CS-24,CS-27,CS-41,CS-46,the skeleton of these kind of compounds are5,11-Epoxy-5?,10?-Epoxy-Alkyl-4-?14?-Beta terpenes of the ene.The other compounds were isolated from the fruit of C.stylosus for the first time.The second part summarized the separation research and progress in biological activities of Celastrus from 2009 to 2018,it include the chemical constituents and biological activities of 30 kinds plants of Celastrus in 10 years and make a rough outlook about the development of Celastrus.
