After more than 20 years of development,the public hospital in Nanhai District of Foshan City has a team of health technicians with relatively appropriate personnel scale,relatively reasonable structure and the overall level of Guangdong Province and Foshan City.However,in recent years,the overall number of health technicians has been outflow greater than Inflows and intensified conditions have gradually become a problem that cannot be ignored.By reviewing the literature on the loss of health technicians at home and abroad in recent years,it has comprehensively studied the relevant aspects of social,economic,organizational,personal and other related aspects,providing theoretical support for solving the problem of loss of health technicians;adopting comparative research method and investigation method The number of public health technicians in public hospitals in Nanhai District was found to be 10,693,10,436 and 1,079 in 2015-2017.In addition to medical technicians,the trend of outflows of doctors,nursing,and pharmacy personnel was not curbed,especially among doctors;Using the PEST-SWOT analysis model,from the perspectives of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,we can find out the policy,economic,social and technical reasons for the loss of health technicians,and provide a realistic basis for solving the problem of loss of health technicians.On the basis of data,theory and reality,combined with the actual work,it puts forward eight countermeasures and suggestions corresponding to the loss of health technicians in public hospitals in Nanhai District:(1)Promote the top-level setting,and consolidate the organization and policy guarantee for the development of health technicians.(2)Increase the investment of special funds,build a platform for the development of health technicians;(3)Deepen the personnel system reform of health technicians,and activate the development momentum of health technicians;(4)Strengthen team building and improve the overall quality of health technicians;(5)Optimize the allocation of medical and health resources,and ease the imbalance between supply and demand of medical and health resources;(6)Strengthen law enforcement,establish correct public opinion orientation,and create a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients;(7)Create a “people-oriented” hospital culture concept To enhance the ownership of the health workers;(8)To play the role of the Communist Youth League,Labor Union,Medical social workers and other organizations to improve the enthusiasm of the health technicians.
