Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Informatization Construction Of Public Hospitals Under The Background Of The New Medical Reform

Public hospitals are the mainstay of medical and health services in China,especially in the development of regional medical services.The state also attaches great importance to the management of public hospitals.In April 2009,the State Council issued the opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on deepening the reform of the medical and health system,in which the key task is to promote the equalization of basic public health services and the pilot reform of public hospitals.At the same time,for the first time,the construction of medical and health informatization has been established as the focus of the reform.In May 2017,the notice on printing and distributing the key tasks of deepening the reform of medical and health system in 2017 was issued,which once again clarified the requirements for the construction of medical and health informatization in medical reform.As the leader of public health service,public hospitals need to promote information construction first.However,at present,the information construction of public hospitals also focuses on the inside of hospitals.There are still some targeted countermeasures for how to serve regional medical treatment and how to promote regional health information construction.Through the analysis and interpretation of the new medical reform policy,this paper analyzes the positioning of public hospitals in the policy,especially the role in regional public health care,and summarizes the role of public hospital information construction in promoting regional health care information construction.On this basis,it compares the gap and deficiency in the current situation of public hospital information construction,and combines the relevant research results of foreign countries to learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses.Combined with the comparative analysis,it puts forward constructive suggestions and Countermeasures for the information construction of public hospitals in China with the regional health and medical information construction as the foothold.It is of great significance to improve the informatization level of public hospitals,speed up the construction process of regional medical informatization,improve the emergency command ability of public health management,scientific decision-making,public health emergencies and medical treatment,and constantly improve the regional medical level in China.It also provides policies for the informatization construction of public hospitals in the context of new medical reform Theoretical support.
