This paper principally reported the results of the studies on the chemical constituents of two medicinal plants in Yunnan province,Albizia julibrissin and Tabernaemontana corymbosa.Totally 52 compounds were isolated and identified,including two new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids.Albizia julibrissin belonging to the genus Albizia have been found to be rich sources of bioactive metabolites.Triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,lignans and tannins have been isolated from its stem bark,roots,flowers and leaves in previously studies,but the pods of the plant was poorly studied.In the thesis,37 compounds were isolated from the pods of A.julibrissin by extraction,and various column chromatography.And their structures were elucidated as(S)-(+)-methyl-4-methylene-5-oxopyrrolidin-2-carboxylate(1),indolin-2-one(2),(Z)-pieceid(3),(E)-pieceid(4),quercetin-3-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(3’→O-3’’’)quercetin-3-O-?-Dgalactopyranoside(5),kaempferol(6),kaempferol-3-O-?-D-arabinopyranoside(7),kaempferol-3-O-?-L-arabinofuranoside(8),kaempferol-3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(9),kaempferol-3-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(10),kaempferol-7-O-?-Lrhamnopyranside(11),quercetin(12),quercitrin(13),quercetin-3-O-?-D-glucoside(14),kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(15),narcissin(16),quercetin-3-O-?-Dxylopyranosyl(1→2)?-L-rhamnopyranoside(17),kaempferol-3-O-?-Dxylopyranosyl(1→2)?-L-rhamnopyranoside(18),(+)-catechin(19),(-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate(20),(-)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate(21),naringenin(22),taxifolin-3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(23),umbelliferone(24),scopoletin(25),benzyl-2-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-2,6-hydroxybenzoate(26),glochierioside F(27),methyl gallate(28),gallic acid(29),vanillic acid(30),protocatechuic acid(31),2-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(32),methyl shikimate(33),6-deoxy-2,3-di-O-methyl-D-allopyranose(34),ethyl-O-?-L-arabinopyranoside(35),methyl-?-D-arabinopyranoside(36)and methyl-?-D-glucopyranoside(37)respectively,by 1D-NMR,2D-NMR and MS spectrum dates.The types of compounds included amide,stilbenoid,flavonoid,coumarin,simple aromaticcompound and monosaccharide.The others were isolated from the genus Albizia for the first time,except 6,9,12-14,19,22 and 28-31.Tabernaemontana corymbosa belongs to the genus Tabernaemontana.In previously studies,a series of alkaloids with novel structure and remarkable activity were found in the leaves and stems of the plant.In order to find the new alkaloids,the chemical constituents of the stem of T.corymbosa were studied in this thesis.Totally,15 compounds were isolated and identified as 12-methoxyvoalenine(1’),19-hydroxypseudovincadifformine(2’),17-demethoxyhydroisorhynchophylline(3’),voachalotine(4’),voachalotine oxindole(5’),14,15-dehydrovincamine(6’),14,15-dehydro-16-epivincamine(7’),16R-descarbomethoxytacamine(8’),19S-hydroxytacamine(9’),voacristine(10’),ervayunine(11’),benzamide(12’),nicotinamide(13’),?-amyrin acetate(14’)and ?-sitosterol(15’)respectively,by various spectra.Most of compounds are monoterpenoid indole alkaloids,others included amide,triterpene and steroid.Among them,compounds 1’ and 2’ are new.The others were firstly obtained from T.corymbosa,except 3’,9’-11’ and 15’.At last,the chemical compositions and pharmacological studies of genus Albizia in recent 20 years were reviewed.
