Study On Conflict Management Mechanism Of Physicians And Patients

At present,China’s economic and social development has entered a new era.The society is in a period of transition,and various contradictions are urgently needed to be resolved.The contradiction between doctors and patients,one of the social contradictions,has brought hidden dangers to social stability.Various medical incidents have emerged endlessly,disrupting society.Order has created obstacles to building a harmonious society in China.According to the survey data,more than 5,000 medical personnel were killed in more than 8,500 doctor-patient conflicts that seriously disrupted medical order last year.In the top three hospitals,about 100 cases of doctor-patient conflicts each year reached approximately 100 cases of compensation,and about 20 cases were taken.Moreover,the amount of compensation required has increased year by year.In recent years,China’s medical system reform has entered the deep water area,breaking the original balance between doctors and patients,but has not yet formed a new mechanism that is in line with the current social reality and economic development in China.The tension between doctors and patients has not been effectively alleviated..The growing contradiction between doctors and patients has caused strong dissatisfaction among patients and their families,and the working environment of doctors has deteriorated.The normal operating order of the hospital is difficult to maintain.It has become a social problem that hinders the development of medicine and affects people’s health.How to reshape the healthy and harmonious doctor-patient relationship is worthy of our study.To reduce the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients,to enable medical staff to have a dignified job,and to allow patients to receive professional and responsible treatment,it is necessary to solve the problem of doctor-patient conflict from the institutional mechanism.This paper uses the questionnaire and case study to study the current conflict between doctors and patients,points out the current mode and current situation of doctor-patient conflict management in China,starting from the existing problems of the existing mechanism,through comparative analysis,combined with the data obtained from the questionnaire,There are conflict management mechanisms to propose specific countermeasures.Establish a path of doctor-patient conflict management mechanism for prevention,response,control,and recovery of doctor-patient conflicts.In order to improve the tension between doctors and patients in China,on the basis of preventing conflicts between hospitals and patients,realize multi-subject management and resolve Contradictions between doctors and patients,maintaining social harmony andstability.
