With the continuous development of medical industry.There is a diversified medical market system in China at the present time.However,public hospitals are still the main body of the medical service system for a certain period of time.Its management ability directly affects the quality and efficiency of medical services in the whole society.Deepening the reform of the medical and health system is a work that needs to adhere to long-term effective promotion.With the introduction of the new medical reform measures,there are reform directions and objectives.However,due to a variety of subjective and objective reasons,it is difficult to implement the various supporting measures,which has seriously hindered the pace of deepening reform.The enthusiasm of the majority of medical staff is not fully mobilized and exerted.A series of new medical reform policies introduced by the state in 2017,requiring major public hospitals to adhere to the public welfare orientation.Adjusting the performance structure,improving the incentive mechanism,and improving the quality and efficiency of medical services are the main lines of public hospital reform.To improve the management system of public hospitals,it is necessary to strengthen the scientific management of hospitals on the basis of adhering to the maintenance of public welfare,and the establishment of performance evaluation system is an important means.This paper puts forward new requirements for hospital performance evaluation system in the period of new medical reform.P Hospital is taken as the research object of this paper's performance evaluation system.Introduce the current performance evaluation system of P Hospital.After thorough investigation and analysis,the problems were found out and the causes were analyzed.Secondly,we learn from the experience of the performance evaluation system of advanced public hospitals at home and abroad.A series of optimization measures have been taken to balance the relationship between public welfare and economy,improve the functional structure of the performance evaluation system,rationally optimize the performance evaluation system indicators,pay attention to the rational application of evaluation results,and strengthen the joint supervision of various departments.Efforts were made to improve the modern performance evaluation system of P Hospital.All in all,public hospitals should implement a refined performance evaluation system,combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and annual and daily evaluation methods to link the performance pay of medical staff with the evaluation results of medical technology,service quality,cost control,and patient satisfaction.Give full play to the enthusiasm of the majority of medical staff,effectively solve the problem of people's medical treatment,let patients be satisfied,and let the broad masses of people get benefits in the new medical reform.This paper studies the performance evaluation system of P Hospital under the new medical reform policy.It not only helps to improve the existing management level of the hospital,but also provides reference for the optimization of performance evaluation system of other hospitals.To further promote the healthy development of the performance evaluation system of public hospitals in China.
