1 BackgroundDouble J tube has been widely used in urological surgery,but the incidence of complications is as high as 80%,which is related to retention time,self-management ability and so on.And some studies have shown that the level of knowledge,belief and behavior of patients with double J tube indwelling is low.And studies have shown that Video feedback method can improve the level of knowledge,belief and behavior of patients and the incidence of complications.However,no such studies have been retrieved for patients after indwelling double J tube.2 ObjectiveBased on the decision support framework theory of Ottawa,Delphi method and semi-structured interview with patients were used to construct the post-operative health education content of double J-tube,providing the basis for the preparation of health education video.To analyze the application effect of video feedback method in the health education of patients with urolithiasis after double J tube indwelling operation,so as to provide basis for improving the clinical health education effect.3 Methods3.1 The results of video content expert consultationBased on the Ottawa decision support framework theory,the Delphi expert consultation method was used to invite 20 experts who met the inclusion criteria to conduct two rounds of expert consultations,combined with patient semi-structured interviews to construct a video of urinary calculi indwelling double J tube postoperative health education.3.2 The comparison of the intervention effect between video feedback and oral health education118 patients who underwent the first indwelling double J tube in our hospital from October 20 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table.On the basis of the same routine nursing,oral health education was used in the control group,and video feedback method was used in the experimental group.The content of education was the same.One month after the operation,the level of knowledge,belief and behavior,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing health education were evaluated in the two groups.3.3 Statistical MethodSPSS 22.0 software statistics were used to describe the counting data with frequency and percentage,and Kendall's W was used to describe the consistency of experts.The results were compared by x 2 test,and the measurement data were described by x±s.The level of knowledge,confidence,practice and the incidence of complications among the groups were compared by t test The rank sum test was used to describe the difference of satisfaction of two groups of patients with nursing health guidance,P<0.05 showed that there was statistical significance.4 Results4.1 In the two rounds of expert inquiries,the enthusiasm of experts was 80%and 100%respectively,and the authority oefficient was 0.9025,The second round of the first-level indicator Kendall's W was 0.827;The importance and rationality of the secondary indicators Kendall's W were 0.504 and 0.672(P<0.05),and finally formed a content framework of 2 first-level indicators and 14 secondary indicators.4.2 The experimental results showed that the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the experimental group were(7.14±1.39),(30.17±2.62)and(67.50±3.40),which were higher than the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 34.48%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group62.50%(P=0.003).The rank mean value was 66.03,which was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02).5 Conclusion5.1 The urinary calculi indwelling double J tube postoperative health education video includes 14 knowledge points in related knowledge and vascular behavior guidance.The framework is scientific,reasonable and easy to understand,and can be used as the basis for making health education videos.5.2 Video feedback method can improve the knowledge,belief and behavior level of patients with double J tube after urolithiasis surgery,reduce the incidence of complications related to the tube,and improve patient satisfaction.
