Clinical Study Of Kangmin Zhenke Granules In The Same Treatment For Pathogenic Wind-induced Cough Syndrome Of Different Diseases

Objective:To explore the feasibility of the clinical treatment of the same syndrome,pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome,with different diseases,cough variant asthma(CVA)and postinfectious cough(PIC),and the significance of the basket trial to the study of the same treatment for different disease.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of treating pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome with professor SHEN chun-ti's method of dispelling wind,dissipating blood stasis and reducing phlegm,that will provide new methods for the clinical treatment of pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome.Methods:1.Literature research:By reading the ancient and modem literature,summarize the understanding and application of the theory of treating the same syndrome of different diseases by different doctors in different ages;To analyze and summarize the historical evolution,prescription medicine and modern medical research results of wind-induced cough;According to the definition,epidemiology,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of CVA and PIC in modem medicine,the same material basis of modern medicine was explored.At the same time,the research data on the clinical efficacy of CVA and PIC in traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years were retrieved to analyze and explore the common type,prescription application characteristics and the possibility of the same treatment for the same syndrome of different diseases.2.Clinical study:By using the method of Basket Tiral,the study had 95 cases of wind-induced cough syndrome(50 cases of CVA and 45 cases of PIC)who met the standard of inclusion and exclusion.They were treated with Kangmin Zhenke Granules prescribed by the tutor's prescription for 2 weeks.By self-comparison before and after treatment,the improvement degree of cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment was observed,cough relief time and cough cure time were concluded.And SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the difference of clinical effect between CVA and PIC,so as to judge the feasibility of the same treatment for two different diseases.Then,the patients with wind-induced cough syndrome were divided into three groups:the effective group treated with western medicine,the ineffective group treated with western medicine and the previously untreated group,so that the clinical effect of Kangmin Zhenke Granules on the treatment of pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome would be observed from different way.Results:1.Through literature research,it's found that the research on the treatment of the same syndrome of different diseases have accumulated a lot of experience and is widely used,but there are the following problems:(1)the research content mostly stay in medical case rqports and experience summaries,and lack of designing clinical studies using modern scientific methods;(2)relevant studies are not in-depth enough,and many of them are simple repetitive studies.In view of the above problems,the Basket Trial method of precise cancer medicine is introduced into the clinical research on the treatment of the same syndrome of different diseases.It will be conducive to the exploration of the medical mechanism of the treatment of the same syndrome of different diseases,and provide a basis for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine drugs.2.The research of modern medical literature suggests that the pathogenesis of CVA and PIC in modern medicine has similarities,and it is possible to treat the same for different diseases:(1)the pathogenesis of both modern medicine includes airway inflammation,airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR)and increased airway sensitivity.(2)a variety of inflammatory mediators are involved in the pathogenesis of both,among which leukotriene,interleukinin,airway neuropeptide SP and platelet activating factor(PAF)are the same.3.Chinese medicine literature research suggests that:(1)the common Chinese medicine syndrome of both CVA and PIC is pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome;(2)the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)used by modern doctors to treat these two diseases has the same proportion in the four qi,five tastes and the meridians,and they all attach importance to dispelling wind,and cough control.It can be seen that CVA and PIC may have the same pathological changes at a certain stage of their respective diseases,which has the basis of treating the same diseases with the same syndrome.4.The result shows that Kangmin Zhenke Granules can improve the clinical main symptoms and secondary symptoms of both CVA(P<0.05)and PIC(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of cough of CVA is 96%,and 95.6%of PIC.The result shows that after 2 weeks of treatment,Kangmin Zhenke Granules relieves the clinical main symptoms,secondary symptoms of pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the 2 weeks'treatment is 93.7%.Among these patients,20 patients who had been effective in the previous treatment were treated with Kangmin Zhenke Granules.On the basis of the effectiveness of the original drugs,90.0%of the patients have improved clinical effectiveness again.55 patients who failed to use the original medication switched to Kangmin Antitussive Granules and the clinical effective rate reach 92.7%.The effective rate of 20 patients who did not take medication is 100%After the treatment of Kangmin Zhenke Granules,the effective rate of 75 patients who had be treated before is significantly higher than the previous effective rate of 26.7%(P<0.05).During the treatment,the cough symptoms of the patients gradually improve with time,and the average duration of cough relief is 5.66±1.78 days,and the average duration of cough cure is 10.8±2.33 daysConclusion:The study show that CVA and PIC can be treated the same with the same syndrome of different diseases.The result exploratory verify that the method of Basket Trial has important reference significance in the study of the same treatment for different disease in TCM.And Kangmin Zhenke Granules with the effect of dispelling wind,dissipating blood stasis and reducing phlegm has a good clinical effect on pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome of CVA and PIC,which will provide new methods for clinical treatment of pathogenic wind-induced cough syndrome.
