ObjectiveIn this study,Wrist-Ankle needle therapy was used to intervene the pain of patients after laparoscopic common bile duct resection, and the curative effect was evaluated. With the effective rate of pain relief as the main observation index and the secondary evaluation index of the impact of pain on quality of life, through the evaluation and analysis of the curative effect of the treatment and alleviation therapy group, this paper explores the role of wrist-ankle acupuncture in relieving pain and improving quality of life,so as to provide clinical basis for wrist-ankle acupuncture in treating postoperative pain in patients with laparoscopic biliary calculi.MethodsThis study selected the hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery ward in December 2018--2019 in September, diagnosed as biliary calculi, met the inclusion criteria, and agreed to join the study of a total of 100 patients. The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by 1:1.Single blind study was conducted by allocation hiding method.1.experimental design:pain score was made by using NRS pain scale. When NRS score was 3?7,the control group received oral intervention with 1 tablets. The experimental group was added with wrist ankle acupuncture intervention compared with the control group.2.Record the basic data of the subjects(age, basic operation, number of indwelling ducts, etc.),pain score and location after operation, functional activity score of patients, and the number of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, dizziness, abdominal distension after operation. At 0,24,48 and 72 hours after operation, the patients' basic living ability and sleeping time were observed by the Basic Living Ability Assessment Scale.3.The data collected were analyzed by Office Excel 2013 software and SPSS23.0 medical statistical software through statistics of the subjects' general basic data,pain-related data, patients' basic living ability, patients' sleep time, whether abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other adverse reactions after operation.Results1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in baseline data and general surgical conditions(P>0.05).2.Comparison of pain relief:There was no statistical difference in NRS score between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P=O.175>0.05);NRS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group 1 hour and 2 hours after treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate of pain relief in the experimental group was 92%at 1 hour after treatment and 68%at 1 hour after treatment in the control group;and the total effective rate of pain relief in the experimental group was 100%at 2 hours after treatment, and it was over. The total remission rate was 6%,and the effective rate of pain relief was 92%in the control group 2 hours after treatment.3.Comparisons of other related indicators:there was no statistical difference in nausea and vomiting between the two groups at 24h and 72h after operation, and the score of nausea and vomiting at 48h after operation was P<0.05.The score of BADL in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group, which was comparable;the score of BADL in the two groups was P>0.05,with no statistical significance;the score of sleep time in the two groups was P>0.05,with no statistical significance;and no adverse reaction occurred during the study should.ConclusionAfter laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, the combination of wrist ankle acupuncture and acupuncture has good analgesic effect. It can relieve pain to some extent, and synergy with drugs can reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting.
