Clinical Observation Of The Needling Distal Point Along Meridian Plus Exercising Combined With Taking Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets In The Treatment Of Postoperative Pain Of Hemorrhoids

Objective:According to the theory of needling distal point along meridian plus exercising acupuncture,to explore the relieving degree of acupuncture on the pain,anxiety and depression of patients after hemorrhoids operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients from the Department of Anorectal of Daqing Zhenpei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital who met the criteria of the case were used to generate a random number table with EXCEL,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases each.The control group only received basic treatment.At the same time of basic treatment,the treatment group was additionally treated with the needling distal point along meridian plus exercising,acupuncturing bilateral Jinmen acupoints and bilateral foot movement areas,followed by twis ting bilateral Jinmen acupoints and bilateral foot movement areas,the twisting frequency of Jinmen point is 90 r/min,the twisting frequency of the foot movement area is 200 r/min,and the time of each twisting point is 2-3 minutes.Keep the needle for 20 minutes after twisting,then pull out the needle,and both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The evaluation was made by comparing the VAS,HAMA,HAMD and drug withdrawal rate of the two groups of patients.Results:1.The total effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.2.Before and after treatment,the VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.3.The VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores of the treatment group after treatment,1-week follow-up and 2-weak follow-up were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.At the 1-month follow-up,the VAS,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.4.The stopping and reducing rate of drugs in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions:The needling distal point along meridian plus exercising combined with taking diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and just oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets are effective.The needling distal point along meridian plus exercising combined with taking diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets for postoperative hemorrhoid pain is better than just oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the short-term effects of postoperative hemorrhoids,It can improve the stopping and reducing rate of drugs and relieve the recent anxiety and depression state of patients effectively.
