Objective: To analyze the constitutional characteristics of intestinal flora in obese patients in Xinjiang, compare the abundance of intestinal flora in obese patients and the changes of diversity, and find the characteristic bacterial species at the phylum and genus level. Methods: 68 volunteers who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and divided into obesity group, overweight group and normal control group according to body mass index.Collect their stool samples, and then use high-throughput sequencing technology to obtain the base sequence, analyze the biological information, and finally determine the composition of the intestinal microbiota and compare the differences between the bacterial groups. Results: Both the obesity group and the overweight group had higher total cholesterol level,it was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The level of low-density lipoprotein in the normal control group was significantly lower than that of overweight group. In the Alpha diversity analysis, the obesity group had the lowest diversity, and the overweight group had the highest.Compared with the obesity group, the normal control group had no significant difference in Beta diversity.According to the analysis of the phylum, the Firmicutes and the Bacteroidetes are the main bacterial groups in the human intestinal flora, and the Firmicutes are the dominant bacteria. The relative abundance of the Firmicutes in the intestine of obesity patients is lower than that of the normal control group. The relative abundance of Bacillus phylum is increased.Fusobacterium is the dominant group of overweight group.Tenericutes is the main advantage in the normal control group.Genus level analysis,in theintestinal tract of obesity patients,Bacteroides and Aminococcus are the dominant bacterial groups, the relative abundance of Clostridia and Bacteroides is significantly increased,Prutella is the overweight group dominant bacterial group, and The Clostridium relative abundance in the normal control group increased significantly. Conclusion: There are differences in the composition of intestinal microflora among obese, overweight and normal BMI populations.and they all have their own predominant flora.
