Objective: Detect the positive rate of Fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn)and Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg)in endoscopic biopsies of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)patients, and further verify the relationship between the positive rate of Fn and Pg and ESCC.Methods: Collect 33 endoscopic biopsy specimens of patients with ESCC from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 01,2018 to December 31,2018,and extract DNA from the tissues to detect Fn and Pg in the biopsy tissues by PCR No,analyze the correlation between Fn,Pg and ESCC.Result: 1)Fn can be detected in ESCC,and the infection rate is 72.7%;2)Fn infection in ESCC patients has no significant correlation with gender, age, ethnicity, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking, and chemotherapy(P?0.05).Due to the small sample size,1 patient received radiotherapy and the test result was not infected with C.nucleatum negative, and it is not clear whether radiotherapy will affect the survival of Fn in ESCC patients;3)The location of Fn infection and tumor in ESCC patients,The degree of differentiation, whether there is lymphatic metastasis, and staging have no obvious correlation(P?0.05);4)The 33 ESCC specimens collected did not show Pg.Conclusion: 1)Fn can exist in ESCC tissue;2)Fn infection and ESCC patients' gender, age, ethnicity, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking, chemotherapy, location, depth of infiltration, degree of differentiation, whether metastasis, staging is not obvious Relevance;3)Pg may not exist in ESCC tissues.
