Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Qingrelishitongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Blockage Type Syndrome Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective:By analyzing the clinical efficacy of qingrexiuzhitongluo prescription in the treatment of dampness-heat bibi syndrome of acute gouty arthritis,the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by comparing with the single western medicine treatment.Methods:Collected in June 2019 to February 2020 in xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinic and li rheumatism lead of 60 patients with na line standard,were randomly divided into test and control group 30 cases,7 days of treatment,treatment group to been t2 dm relying on exam yesterday,jointly control group to rely on exam yesterday,through statistical software analysis before and after the two groups of patients in the treatment of joint swelling pain symptoms improved,liver and kidney function,inflammatory indexes and TCM symptom score changes value,to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The general information of the two groups of patients was no statistical difference and can be compared(P> 0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were decreased before and after treatment(P <0.05),and the decline in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased before and after treatment(P <0.05),and the decline in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P <0.05).The contrast of uric acid in the group was decreased before and after treatment(P <0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the test group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in ESR,CRP,and WBC comparison before and after treatment(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the relief time of joint pain between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).The joint pain relief time and swelling relief time in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).Thetotal effective rate of the total effective test group was 96% and that of the control group was 84%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference.There were no significant differences in safety indicators between the two groups.Conclusion: Through the comparison and statistical analysis,clinical symptoms been t2 dm on jointly test yesterday tablet in treatment of acute gouty arthritis,can quickly eliminate the symptoms of joint pain,swelling,significantly reduce VAS score and TCM symptoms integral,significantly reduce the blood uric acid,blood sedimentation,c-reactive protein improved compared with pure western medicine has no obvious difference,and no adverse reactions in the experiment,liver and kidney function indexes in the normal range,provide further guidance for clinical treatment.
