Objective:To observe the application effect of dizocine and flurbiprofen on preemptive analgesia in nasal endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction. Methods:A total of 90 patients who underwent elective nasal endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into three groups, the control group(group A),the dezocine group(group B),the flurbiprofen group(group C),each group 30 cases.None of the patients underwent intravenous self-controlled analgesia(Patient Control Injection Ache,PCIA).5 minutes before anesthesia induction, group A was injected intravenously with 5 ml of normal saline;group B was injected intravenously with dezocine 0.1 mg / kg;group C was intravenously injected with flurbiprofen 1 mg / kg,followed by normal anesthesia surgery. At the end of the operation, the extubation time and consciousness recovery time were recorded in detail for the three groups. The Sedation agitation scale(SAS)was 1,3,and 5 minutes after extubation, and the pain was 0.5,1,1.5,and 2 hours after extubation.A numerical rating scale(NRS)was used to observe the adverse reactions that may occur after surgery and the actual demand for postoperative pain medication. Results: There was no statistical difference in extubation time and consciousness recovery time among the three groups(P> 0.05).In SAS,the SAS scores at 1min and 3min after extubation were different between the groups(P<0.05).Group A was the highest, but there was no significant difference between group B and group C;the SAS score at 5 minutes after extubation was not different between the groups(P> 0.05);on NRS,the scores at 0.5h,1h,1.5h and 2h after extubation The NRS scores were different between the groups(P <0.05).Group A was higher than group B and C;the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were different between the groups(P<0.05),group A was higher than group B and C;Four patients in A group a used painkillers. Conclusion: In patients undergoing nasal endoscopic nasal septum correction surgery, dezocine and flurbiprofen analgesia have certain effects on postoperative sedation, analgesia, and reduction of postoperative adverse reactions, which reflects the advanced abirritation.
