Clinical Research On The Combination Of Sanfu Plaster And Sanjiu Plaster To Intervene Yang-Deficiency Constitution

Objective : By acupoint sticking therapy of Yang deficiency constitution of TCM scale scores before and after the change,and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),serum free three iodine armour gland original glycine(FT3),serum free thyroxine(FT4)content in the content determination of comparison,aims to evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupoint sticking therapy intervention Yang deficiency constitution,further discussion of acupoint sticking therapy intervention mechanism of Yang deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of 135 patients with Yang deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into application group,shenqi pill group and control group,45 cases each,with a course of treatment of 2 years.Attach group was given three lie down san-jiu post treatment,control group given general diet spirit cultivate,kidney bolus group was given routine dose of kidney pills oral treatment,compared before and after treatment in patients with Yang deficiency constitution integral scale and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),serum free three iodine armour gland original glycine(FT3),the change of serum free thyroxine(FT4)content.Results : 1.Score of yang-deficiency constitution scale:the conversion points of yang-deficiency constitution in the three groups all showed a downward trend,and the differences of yang-deficiency constitution in the three groups were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).After treatment,the conversion scores of TCM yang-deficiency constitution in the paste group and the shenqi pill group were more significantly decreased than those in the control group,and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Statistical results showed that the total effective rate was 87.5% in the application group,83.7%% in the shenqi pill group and 47.7% in the control group.From the total effective rate,it can be concluded that the efficacy of the application group and shenqi pills group is better than that of the control group,and the efficacy of the application group and shenqi pills group is similar.2.Serum indicators: after treatment,serum FT3 and ACTH in the treatment group and the shenqi pill group increased to different degrees,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and serum FT4 showed no statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant change in serum FT3,FT4 and ACTH in the control group before and after treatment,and no statistically significant difference in the group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Stick to acupuncture points in hot summer days combining keep posted treatment can improve the patient's Yang deficiency symptom,the symptom of Yang deficiency constitution points rating scale down and make the patients serum ACTH,FT3,FT4 content rising within the normal range of acupoint sticking therapy has definite curative effect in patients with Yang deficiency constitution,to improve their quality of life,its treatment mechanism of speculation and regulate the role of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis function in patients with,make it tend to normal endocrine function.This therapy is easy to operate,safe,minimal side effects,good compliance,worthy of clinical research and application.
