Yutaifang Combined With Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium For Early Recurrent Abortion Caused By Prethrombotic State

Objective:TostudytheclinicalefficacyofYutaifangincombinationwithlow molecularweightcalcium heparininthetreatmentofearlyrecurrenceofabortion causedbyaprethromboticcondition,andtoprovideaclinicalbasisforthe efficacyofYutaifangincombinationwithlowmolecularweightcalcium heparinin thetreatmentofrecurrentabortionsduetoaprethromboticcondition.Methods: From April1,2019toDecember31,2019,80 casesofearly recurrentabortion confirmed in the outpatientand inpatientdepartmentof traditionalChinese medicine ofSanxiPovincewereh r randomlydivided into controlgroup and experimentalgroup according to the orderoftreatment accordingtotherandomnumbertable,40 casesineachgroup.Controlgroup:oral didroxyprogesterone,10 mg / time,twice / day;intramuscularinjection of progesterone,20mgor40mg/time,once/dayaccordingtothelevelofblood progesterone;oralfolate0.4mg,time/day,topreventneuraltubedeformityuntil12 weeks;oralvitamin E capsule 100 mg,three times/day;subcutaneous intramuscularinjectionoflowmolecularheparincalcium,4100 IUtimes,oncea day;theexperimentalgroup,onthebasisofthecontrolgroup,tooktheyufetal formulaorally,1dose/day,twicewarm inthemorningandevening.Toobserve thechangesofcoagulationfunction,TCM syndromescore,serum progesterone andhumanchorionicgonadotropinbeforeandaftertreatmentinthetwogroups.Results:1.Thegeneraldatabeforetreatmentinthetwogroupswerethe same(P>0.05);2.Aftertreatmentinthetwogroups,thecoagulationfunction indexofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrol group,andthedifferencewassignificantStatisticalsignificance(P <0.05);3.Serum surfacesymptoms,serum progeketone,andhumanspondinresponsein thetestgroupwerebetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferences were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.In terms of effectiveness,the comprehensivetreatmenteffecthasobviousbenefits,anditsoveralleffectiveness is significantly higherthan thatofthe controlgroup.The difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Thegeneraldataofthetwogroupsbeforetreatmentwerethesame,sothedifferencewasnotsignificant(P>0.05);2.Afterthetwogroupsof patientsreceivedtreatment,thebloodclottingfunctionofthesamplegroupwas significantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewas statisticallysignificant(P<0.05)Significantly.3.Hundredsofworkersperhour maybeeffectiveintermsoftreatment.Intermsofeffectiveness,theexperimental grouphasobviousbenefits,andtheiroveralleffectivenessissignificantlyhigher thanthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceisstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).
