Research On Data Mining Of Professor Ru Qingjing’s Medication Experience In The Treatment Of Cirrhosis Ascites

Objective With the help of data mining technology,the medication rules and characteristics of Professor Ru Qingjing in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites were analyzed and summarized,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of cirrhosis ascites by traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for the inheritance of the famous Chinese medicineMethods A total of 375 Chinese medicine prescriptions for 73 patients with cirrhosis ascites who were treated by professor Ru in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected.The prescription data was standardized,and then was input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Using the "statistical report" and "data analysis" modules in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,this paper summarized medication rules and characteristics of Professor Ru in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites by frequency analysis,association rule analysis,entropy cluster analysis of complex system and improved mutual information method,combined with Professor Ru’s academic theories and thoughts.Results A total of 212 traditional Chinese medicines were included in 375 prescriptions.In the statistics of four properties,five tastes and meridian tropism,the warm and cold medicine,sweet and bitter flavored drugs,liver and spleen tropism were used frequently.In the statistics of frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,there were 17 traditional Chinese medicines in total for those who had more than 90 times,namely Gan cao,Dang shen,Bai zhu,Shan zhu yu,Sheng di huang,Huang qi,Dang g ui,Bai shao,Dan shen,Fu ling,Mu dan pi,Tu si zi,Shan yao,Ban xia,Yi yi ren,Chai hu,Shu di huang.Among them,tonic drugs,antipyretic drugs and diuretic drugs were the main.In the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,Huang qi was the largest,Yi yi ren and Bai shao were the rest.Using the association rule mining method,the support degree was set to 35%,the confidence was 0.8,and a total of 17 common drug combinations were obtained.Through the analysis and mining of "entropy clustering"and "improved mutual information method",according to the correlation degree 8,the penalty degree 2,14 groups of potential core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Through data mining,Professor Ru’s high-frequency Chinese medicines,high-frequency drug pairs,common combinations and potential new formula combinations for the treatment of cirrhosis ascites were founded.It could be seen that Professor Ru mostly used sweet and warm drugs in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites.Based on the thought of"protecting stomach qi",Professor Ru took "warming yang and consolidating root" as an important treatment principle,payed attention to regulate and tonify the function of liver,spleen,lung and kidney,and timely dispelled pathogenic factors,attack and supplement at the same time.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System played an important role in summarizing and inheriting the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners.
