Study On TCM Chronic Disease Management Service Model Based On Coronary Heart Disease Stability Angina Pectoris And Stasis

Objective: Through Clinical study on the syndrome of angina pectoris and stasis due to coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis type,the clinical efficacy and safety of the TCM chronic disease management service model are verified,the objective is to supply clinical evidence for the research on chronic disease management model,which provides new ideas and methods for secondary prevention and rehabilitation management of coronary heart disease.Methods: A total of 72 Patients with stable angina pectoris and TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 36 patients.Control group:Western medicine standardized treatment for coronary heart disease was given for 12 weeks;treatment group:Based on the conventional treatment of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management model was used for 12 weeks.Including TCM dialectical medicine(the Sanjie tongmai Recipe with the function of clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis is uniformly configured by our new green traditional Chinese medicine formula granule pharmacy.The method is 1 box each time and taken orally 2 times a day),dialectical diet,Baduanjin health exercises,TCM psychological intervention therapy,health education,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction;the efficacy evaluation points were taken at the 0th,2nd,4th,8th,and 12 th weeks of treatment.Observed symptom scores,quality of life efficacy,angina ectoris,electrocardiogram efficacy evaluation,nitroglycerin stopped by rate,followed up for 6 months,record the recurrence rate of angina pectoris and cardiovascular events,Safety indicators were measured before the start of treatment and after the end of all courses,and the data were summarized and analyzed.Results: A total of 72 patients were included in the study,36 cases in the treatment group and the control group respectively.There were 4 cases of shedding due to the patient’s own reasons,including 3 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.Finishing the number of cases of 68 cases,treatment group 33 cases,control group 35 cases.After 12 weeks of treatment,the application of TCM chronic disease management model can significantly improve TCM symptoms in patients with stable angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the recurrence rate of angina pectoris,and the rate of nitroglycerin cessation(P>0.05).Quality and exercise tolerance;no cardiovascular events occurred during follow-up,and no abnormal liver and kidney function(P>0.05).Conclusion: The chronic disease management model of TCM has a definite and safe clinical effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and phlegm-stasis syndrome.
