Clinical Observation Of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (phlegm Turbidity And Blood Stasis Combined With Liver Depression)

Purpose : Observation of the effect of Tong Mai Jiang Zhuo Decoction(Channel-Unblocking and Turbidity-Descending Formula)on patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type and stagnation of liver-QI)and emotional disorders(Liver qi stagnation)and the effect of emotional improvement.Material and method:60 patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type and stagnation of liver-QI)were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Tong Mai Jiang Zhuo Decoction and conventional western medicine,and the control group only treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment time was 14 days.The symptoms of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome score,quality of life and emotional state were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group had better effect on angina pectoris,ECG,TCM syndrome,quality of life,depression and anxiety,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Jiang Zhuo decoction combined with western medicine is better than western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type and stagnation of liver-QI),mainly in angina pectoris,ECG curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,improve the life quality of several aspects,and has good effect on patients with emotional state.
