Professor Leng Yan's Academic Ideology And Using Drugs Regularity In The Treatment Of Chronic Diarrhea

Objective: by collecting outpatient basis for the treatment of chronic diarrhea,statistical methods,such as application of frequency analysis and cluster analysis,analysis of the teacher in the treatment of chronic diarrhea when used the high frequency of drug,drug categories,clustering party group,etc.,combining with the tutor on the opinions of the disease,while facing the disease in the treatment of chronic diarrhea,and sums up the cold professor's academic thoughts and the regularity of drug use.Methods: all the case data were collected from the case data of patients with chronic diarrhea who visited professor leng yan's clinic in affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2019,and the TCM prescription of the tutor.The collected cases of patients with the information such as name,gender,age,the formulas of entry to Excel spreadsheet,database,establish tutor for the treatment of chronic diarrhea of drugs in the database at the same time,the application binary quantization process,it is concluded that drug frequency,the original SPSS 22.0software was used to data processing,and USES the clustering analysis method for statistical analysis.Results: a total of 121 Chinese herbal medicines were obtained from 303 included prescriptions,and the total frequency of drug use was 5189 times,with an average of 17.13 Chinese herbal medicines in each prescription.Use frequency is more than 50 times a total of 33 taste of traditional Chinese medicines,the cumulative 33 taste drugs appear frequency for 3955 times,its frequency is 76.20%,the 33 of TCM considered high-frequency medicine to cure the disease,according to the frequency of their occurrence,it is concluded that the top 10 drugs for atractylodes,liquorice,dried tangerine or orange peel,codonopsis,rhizoma coptidis,windproof,poria cocos,rhizoma alismatis,radix paeoniae alba,radix bupleuri.According to the classification method of the textbook of traditional Chinese medicine,these 33 traditional Chinese medicines can be divided into 9 categories: tonic,antiseptic,moistening,astringent,warming,heat-clearing,qi regulating,moistening,blood-activatingand blood-stasis removing,with the occurrence frequency of 21.80%,12.10%,8.70%,8.70%,7.90%,6.40% and 4.80%,3.90%,2.10%.SPSS 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis of the 33 high frequency drugs obtained,and 5 groups of relatively stable clusters were obtained from the distance between drugs.Conclusion: according to get the high frequency of drug,drug categories,and the result of data clustering party group,coupled with a mentor to talk,while facing the disease analysis tutor in the treatment of chronic diarrhea or insufficiency of its main application medicine,nourish the medicine and water permeability wet medicine in medicine,heat,temperature,etc.,wet with astringent medicine,chemical medicine,and qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,therefore can draw teachers think the disease is more factors,not the certificate of mixed,embodies the teachers combining the actual situation,should transfer the treatment of fever.At the same time,combined with the patient's liver stagnation,blood stasis and other specific actual conditions,in the clinical treatment of flexible syndrome differentiation,as appropriate to add or reduce medication.
