Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Polycystic Kidney Disease In Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Data Mining

Objective: Combining with data mining technology,this paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic kidney.Methods: Literature category: cnki journal full-text database,wanfang database,weipu database.Retrieval method: the retrieval period is limited to 1978-2018.The key words were polycystic kidney disease and traditional Chinese medicine.The search terms are connected by the logical operator "union".The search results are obtained according to this principle.Designed the form for entry,established the database,conducted statistics,and selected SPSS and IBM SPSS Modeler18 for data mining.Results: 1、In this study,a total of 190 prescriptions were made,and 286 drugs were recorded.There were 14 drugs with occurrence frequency ≥40 times,including poria cocos,astragalus membranaceus,atractylodes atractylodes,codonopsis codonopsis,zedoary rhizome,rhubarb,coix seed,angelica sinensis,peach kernel,Chinese yam,alisma orientalis and safflower.2、According to the frequency analysis of the four qi and five flavors of all traditional Chinese medicines,the four qi were mainly "warm medicine",followed by "cold medicine",followed by plain medicine,mild cold medicine,cold medicine,lukewarm medicine,hot medicine,hot medicine and great cold medicine.The five flavors are mainly "gan",followed by bitter,astringent,salty,light,sour,astringent,slightly bitter and slightly gan.3、Combined with association rule drug combination analysis,a total of 592 rules were generated.According to the order of confidence and support,the combination of the two drugs is mainly composed of qi tonic,clearing damp and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs.The combination of the three drugs is compatible with the combination of kidney tonifying drugs and qi tonifying drugs,which is more in line with the clinical characteristics.The four drugs were combined with clearing damp,tonifying kidney and activating blood and removing blood stasis.4、Cluster analysis was carried out on the drugs with frequency ≥20 times,among which,"aconite,alisma alisma,poria cocos,rehmannia glutinosa,cortex moutan,cornus officinalis,Chinese yam" and "cassia twig,red peony root and peach kernel" were widely used in clinical practice.5 、The main symptoms are fatigue,low back pain,swelling of lower limbs,poor appetite,dizziness,chills,cold limbs and lumbar acid.The tongue coating is light,thin and greasy,and the tongue is red.The pulse condition is smooth,thin and fine.6、Combined with frequency analysis,the etiology of polycystic nephropathy is mainly caused by the two sides of positive deficiency and pathogenic substance.Polycystic nephropathy is mainly caused by blood stasis,dampness and heat,phlegm and turbidity.Yang deficiency,qi deficiency and Yin deficiency are the root causes of the disease.7 、Combined with frequency analysis,it is closely related to liver,spleen and kidney.The deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang is the most frequent,and the blood stasis syndrome is the most frequent.Polycystic nephropathy always belongs to the syndrome of deficiency,deficiency and deficiency.8、Combined with frequency analysis,the commonly used prescriptions are huoxue xingqi prescription,tonic prescription,clearing damp prescription,followed by liweitong,heat-clearing and detoxification prescription.Conclusion:In the treatment of polycystic kidney disease,warm drugs were mainly used,followed by cold and normal drugs,followed by mild cold,cool and mild temperature,and less hot,hot and cold drugs were used.The five tastes are mainly sweet,followed by bitter,bitter,salty,light,sour and astringent.The pathogenesis of polycystic kidney disease is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.Polycystic kidney disease is the syndrome of deficiency and solid.
