Objective:In this study, through the observation of the clinical effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy on the postoperative patients with cancer of qi and blood deficiency type,we can further explore the role and significance of Kangai injection in the treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese and Western medicine. At the same time,it can provide a reliable reference for the selection of reasonable adj uvant drugs and further promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:50 patients with deficiency of both qi and blood were randomly divided into control group(25 cases)and treatment group(25 cases).Among them, the control group was treated with XELOX chemotherapy only,21 days as a chemotherapy cycle, two consecutive cycles;the treatment group was treated with 60 ml Kangai injection into 0.9%NaCl 250 ml once a day,10-14 days each time.To evaluate the clinical effect of Kangai Injection on patients with deficiency of qi and blood after colorectal cancer operation, the clinical symptom score,KPS score, blood cell count and side effects of chemotherapy were counted before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:Before and after treatment, the treatment group had significant effect in improving the four TCM Syndromes of "spirit fatigue","complexion without brilliance","little qi and lazy speech" and"palpitation",the difference was statistically significant. Before and after treatment, the statistical results of the control group showed that the treatment effect was significant only in the improvement of "fatigue".At the same time, the statistical results of the two groups after the treatment showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the four TCM Syndromes of "fatigue","colorless","little qi and lazy speech"and "palpitation",the difference was statistically significant.n addition, the treatment group is better than the control group in the overall effect of treatment, the difference is statistically significant.2.KPS score comparison:There was no significant difference in KPS physical score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment. There was no significant difference in KPS score before and after treatment in the control group.KPS scores of the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different, with statistical significance. The improvement rate of KPS was 72%in the treatment group and 44%in the control group.3.Statistical comparison of blood cell count:According to the statistics of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin in the teatment group and the control group before and after treatment, the levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.Compared with the treatment group, the white blood cells in the control group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant. The hemoglobin in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.4.Toxic and side effcts:the incidence of myelosuppression and digestive tract reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in peripheral neurotoxicity, anaphylaxis, cardiotoxicity and hair loss between the two groups. Conclusion:Kangai injection has a clear therapeutic effect on patients with chemotherapy of deficiency of both qi and blood after operation of colorectal cancer. It can obviously improve the clinical syndrome of patients with traditional Chinese medicine, reduce the adverse reactions and side effects of chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
