Background:Under the background of modern war,due to the high frequency use of high fire and high explosive weapons and the high proportion of battlefield manned combat equipment,a large number of wounded with burn injury will appear in surface ships,submarines and amphibious combat forces.Among them,inhalation injury caused by various reasons will be one of the main early death causes of such wounded.Rapid and accurate diagnosis of inhalation injury,timely and standardized early treatment,and effective targeted training of relevant health service support personnel will significantly reduce the death rate of such casualties,improve the efficiency of treatment of such casualties in the future naval battle,so as to achieve the purpose of improving support capacity and preserving combat effectiveness.As the cutting-edge technology of human-computer interaction,virtual reality(VR)can simulate the real combat environment in a panoramic way.It will provide new ideas and methods for improving the rescue level of inhalation injury of warship in wartime to integrate the elements of trauma rescue and apply virtual reality technology to the early rescue training of inhalation injury of warship.Methods:1.Investigation and Research on the cognition and ability formation of early treatment of inhalation injury of warship:collect and analyze the literature and information about inhalation injury in the treatment of war injury in Vietnam sea war and the US Navy after World War ?,estimate the general characteristics and occurrence rules of burn and inhalation injury in wartime and peacetime under the condition of modern war;at the same time,consult the burn or inhalation injury of basic military doctors of warship Based on the literature of situation recognition and rescue ability,the knowledge of diagnosis,first aid,evacuation and related disposal of inhalation injury and burn in some basic units of our warship was preliminarily evaluated to understand the actual emergency rescue ability;finally,the relevant literature of foreign forces was queried to understand the way and characteristics of the formation of inhalation injury rescue ability of the emergency medical units of foreign forces.2.The preparation of standardized early treatment process of prefabricated injuries and the verification of its professionalism and feasibility:(1)The prefabrication of burn injuries caused by inhalation injury of ships and the setting of standardized wounded.(2)Preliminary formulation of standardized early treatment process and assessment criteria for prefabricated injuries.(3)Verify the professional and feasibility of the early treatment process of inhalation injury through expert consultation.(4)Modification and final formulation of standardized early treatment process for prefabricated injuries.3.Production of virtual simulation project for early rescue training of ship inhalation injury:refer to the pre fabricated standardized early rescue process,make VR script for early rescue training of ship inhalation injury in the context of naval battle,cooperate with relevant VR companies,collect and sample relevant materials to complete the virtual simulation of early rescue training of ship inhalation injury Project and acceptance.Results:1.The general characteristics and regularity of burn and inhalation injury in modern naval battle were obtained by consulting relevant literature.Through the research on the theoretical research results of inhalation injury and treatment of primary military doctors of warships,it is known that the general knowledge level of the primary military doctors of many warships is not high in the diagnosis and treatment of burn and inhalation injury.According to the investigation and Research on the formation of inhalation injury treatment ability of the foreign military emergency medical unit,it can be seen that the United States military,combined with the characteristics of the ship itself and the composition of the medical and health service forces,has effectively improved the success rate of the treatment of the burn and inhalation injury by prefabricating standardized injuries and preparing the standard treatment process and strategy of the burn injury,which is beneficial to the treatment ability of inhalation injury of our emergency medical unit The formation provides a good reference and reference.2.Completed the formulation of inhalation injury and standardized injury,standardized early treatment process and assessment standard of prefabricated injury,made expert consultation table,verified the professional and feasibility of the standardized early treatment process of prefabricated injury through expert consultation,and finally determined the prefabricated early treatment flow chart.3.Referring to the flow chart of pre fabricated early treatment of injuries and the assessment standard of pre fabricated early treatment of injuries,combined with virtual reality technology,the virtual simulation project of early treatment training for ship inhalation injuries was completed,and the acceptance was completed in the way of project product display at the Third International Military Medical College seminar.Conclusion:Through virtual reality technology,it can reproduce the battlefield environment in all directions and multi dimensions,simulate the actual combat elements of the treatment of inhalation injury and burn,and apply information virtual technology to the early treatment and training of ship inhalation injury and burn,which can continuously improve the medical rescue ability of inhalation injury and burn under the condition of naval battle,so as to improve the treatment rate and reduce the risk of such injuries in wartime purpose of low death rate.
