Clinical Observation Of Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3(Kidney Deficiency And Turbid Toxin Syndrome)

Objective:To observe whether the clinical efficacy of Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3(kidney deficiency and Turbid Toxin syndrome)patients is better than the use of Niaoduqing granule.Method:44 patients who come from outpatient department of nephrology,Jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and meet the inclusion criteria are enrolled in a randomized,controlled design.On basic treatments,compare the efficacy,adverse reactions and side effects of Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction group(observation group)and Niaoduqing granule group(control group)at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks,record data and analyse them.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the blood urea(7.29 ±2.42mmol/L),serum creatinine(132.36 ± 15.34?mol/L),serum uric acid(396.34 ±107.18?mol/L)and glomerular filtration rate(46.45±8.51ml/min/1.73m2)in the observation group(n=22)and the blood urea(8.38±2.25mmol/L),serum creatinine(135.12±17.25?mol/L),s erum uric acid(449.78±64.62?mol/L)and glomerular filtration rate(45.83±9.13ml/min/1.73m2)in the control group(n=22)(P>0.05).At 6 weeks of treatment,the level of s erum creatinine(110.68 ± 12.22?mol/L)in the observation group was significantly lower t han the serum creatinine(133.88±16.09p?mol/L)in the control group,the level of glomer ular filtration rate(57.64±10.93ml/min/1.73m2)in the observation group was significantly higher than the glomerular filtration rate(46.19±8.97ml/min/1.73m2)in the control grou p,and there were statistical differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference bet ween the blood urea(8.00±1.86mmol/L),serum uric acid(401.25±100.62?mol/L)in obser vation group and the blood urea(8.52±1.81mmol/L),serum uric acid(452.05 ± 68.52?mol/L)in the control group(P>0.05).At 12 weeks of treatment,the level of serum creatini ne(101.65 ± 12.31 pmol/L)in the observation group was significantly lower than the seru m creatinine(136.65±19.16?mol/L)in the control group,the level of glomerular filtratio n rate(63.92±11.59ml/min/1.73m2)in the observation group was significantly higher tha n the glomerular filtration rate(45.41±9.85ml/min/1.73m2)in the control group,and ther e were statistical differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the bl ood urea(9.12±2.06mmol/L),serum uric acid(418.63 ± 120.23?mol/L)in observation gro up and the blood urea(10.17±1.85mmol/L),serum uric acid(459.62±68.14?mol/L)in t he control group(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences of the serum cr eatinine and the glomerular filtration rate in the observation group between the pre-treatm ent and at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of th e blood urea and the serum uric acid in the observation group between the pre-treatment and at 6 weeks(P>0.05).The level of the blood urea was higher at 12 weeks of treatm ent than before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of the serum uric acid in the observation group between the pre-treatment and at 12 weeks(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the blood urea,the serum creatinine,the serum uric acid and the glomerular filtration rate in the control group between the pre-treatment and at 6 weeks(P>0.05).The level of the blood urea was higher at 12 weeks of treatment than before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of the serum creatinine,the serum uric acid and the glomerular filtration rate in the control group between the pre-t reatment and at 12 weeks(P>0.05).In terms of curative effect of traditional Chinese me dicine,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,the total effective ra te of the control group was 40.91%,they had a significant difference,indicating that after the intervention of Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction,the clinical symptoms of the patien ts were better relieved and the quality of life was better improved than that of Niaoduqi ng granule.In terms of comprehensive effect of disease,the total effective rate of the ob servation group was 100%,which was different from the control group of 40.91%signifi cantly,it shows that on the basis of Western Medicine,adding Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Dec oction alone is better than adding Niaoduqing granule alone.In terms of adverse reactions,there was no adverse reaction or side effect after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of Yishen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3(kidney deficiency and Turbid Toxin syndrome)patients was better than the use of Niaoduqing granule.
