survey, general self-efficacy scale(GSEs),hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(Hades),EORTC quality of life scale QLQ-C30(V3.0)Chinese version,China Big Five Personality Questionnaire simplified cbf-pi-b,Chinese medicine five state personality scale(FPPI)were used to collect the patients' data.In this stage, the overall situation of physical and mental health of patients with gastric cancer was analyzed to find out the related factors of anxiety and depression, and regression analysis and intermediary effect analysis were carried out;2.Experimental research:From October 2019 to January 2020,the patients were divided into two groups:intervention group(15 cases)and control group(16 cases)(clinical psychological support nursing). Before and after the intervention, general demographic questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale(GSEs),hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(Hades),EORTC quality of life scale QLQ-C30(V3.0)were used for measurement. The intervention effects of body and mind intervention on physical and mental status,self-efficacy and quality of life of gastrointestinal cancer patients were comparedResults:1.Cross-sectional study(1)The score of anxiety is 1-21 points, the mean is 9.72±3.970 points, the score of depression is 1-21points,the mean is 10.14±3.931 points, the highest score of hads is 34 points, the lowest score is 3 points, the mean is 19.86±7.298 points.(2)Single-factor analysis:There were statistically significant differences in anxiety and depression scores among different demographic sociological variables such as gender, occupation, monthly income per capita, participation in exercise, religious belief or not(P<0.05).(3)Related analysis:Self efficacy was negatively correlated with anxiety, depression and total scores of had;The scores of anxiety, depression and total scores were negatively correlated with the five functional areas and general health level areas in the quality of life scale, and the scores of other symptom areas were positively correlated with the total scores of anxiety, depression(except constipation)and had;Neuroticism was positively correlated with the total scores of anxiety, depression and hads, openness was only negatively correlated with the depression factors, sun TYA and Yin Yang peace YY were positively correlated with the total scores of anxiety, depression and hads,Taiyin tyi and disguise 1 were negatively correlated with the total scores of anxiety, depression and hads.(4)Linear regression analysis showed that:Emotional function, social function, constipation, diarrhea, shortness of breath,self-efficacy,neuroticism,marital status(unmarried),caregivers(friends),gender, education level are related to anxiety, which has a predictive effect. The combined effect on anxiety is 60.4%;Emotional function, physical function,self-efficacy,marital status(unmarried),overall health level, caregivers(friends, external care),per capita monthly income(3000-5000),neuroticism,diarrhea all play a predictive role in patients' depression, and the combined effect on depression is 52.6%.(5)The analysis of mediating effect shows that:there are some mediating effects of Taiyin on the anxiety of hads, and the contribution rate of Taiyin and Yinyang peace to the total effect is 13.24%;there are some mediating effects of Taiyin and Yinyang peace on the depression of hads, and the contribution rates of Taiyin and Yinyang peace to the total effect are 55.33%and 12.20%,respectively2.Experimental research:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in general demographic data, anxiety and depression,self-efficacy and quality of life between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05);Before and after the intervention, anxiety and depression were improved(P<0.001),self-efficacy was improved(P<0.01),body,role,emotion,cognition,social function and general health level were improved(P<0.05),and fatigue was decreased(P<0.01);Before and after intervention, the social function of the control group decreased(P<0.05),and the constipation increased(P<0.05);After intervention, there were differences between the intervention group and the control group in self-efficacy,anxiety,depression,functional areas, overall health level,fatigue,insomnia(P<0.05)Conclusion:Patients with gastrointestinal cancer have serious anxiety and depression, and the detection rate is high, which is significantly lower than that of the general population;Self efficacy, quality of life and personality traits are related to anxiety and depression;Physical function, emotional function, social function,constipation,diarrhea,self-efficacy,neuroticism,marital status, overall health level, per capita monthly income(3000-5000),caregivers and other related factors can effectively predict the anxiety and depression of patients; The characteristics of Taiyin,Yinyang and Heping in the five state personality of traditional Chinese medicine mediate between self-efficacy and anxiety and depression.Physical and mental intervention can better alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with gastric cancer, and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
