Clinical Observation On The Enema By Transendoscopic Enteral Tubing Precisely Treating Ulcerative Colitis Of Large Intestine Damp-heat Type With Jiawei Huangqin Decoction

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Jiawei Huangqin Decoction on ulcerative colitis(UC)of Large Intestine Damp-heat Type through transendoscopic enteral tubing,so as to provide more effective treatment for UC patients.Methods:The 63 cases of UC patients who were included in the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(TET group)33 cases,the control group(traditional enema group)30 cases.In the treatment group,3 patients fell off,30 patients actually.The Mayo score,main symptom score of traditional Chinese Medicine,secondary sylptom score,endoscopic mucosal score,efficacy judgment,recurrence rate,safety and other aspects were evaluated.Results:The Mayo score of clinical symptoms in the two groups decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,and the curative effect was better(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;Main symptom score of traditional Chinese Medicine in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the scores of main symptoms except diarrhea in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;The score of secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine in the two groups all decreased after treatment,and the scores of lower abdominal distention and pain in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;In terms of recurrence rate,the treatment group was 6.67%,the recurrence rate was 23.33%,P=0.148>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The recurTence rate of the two groups can not be considered to be different.In terms of safety,no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional enema,the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Huangqin Decoction by transendoscopic enteral tubing is more significant.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of UC patients,Promote the healing of intestinal mucosa,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing and using clinically.
