External Application Of Shenque Point Unblocked Powder To Promote The Gastrointestinal Tract After Appendectomy Evaluation Of Functional Recovery Effect

Backgroundpostoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is caused by the effects of surgical stress response,anesthesia,traumatic inflammation,etc.Intestinal dysfunction,mainly intestinal paralysis,occurs after surgery,and the main clinical symptoms are abdominal distension,abdominal pain,abnormal anal exhaust and defecation,nausea and vomiting.At present,the dry preemptive measures of modern medicine for the recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation are still insufficient.A large number of clinical practices have shown that the traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment,external treatment,internal and external treatment and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods have obvious advantages for the recovery of patients with gastrointestinal disorders after surgery.Clear powder external application of shenque acupoint can significantly improve the postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,the blood circulation around shenque acupoint is rich,the nerve endings are sensitive and the abdominal tissues and organs are closest to each other,so the local drug is easy to absorb and play a role.The formulation of unblocked powder is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with years of clinical experience and modern pharmacological research,for the purpose of intestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery and formulated for external experience.Most of the studies on its treatment of POI mainly focus on clinical efficacy observation,with few objective biochemical indicators.Objectiveto observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and objective indexes of gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendectomy by applying shenque point of unblocked powder to external application,and to clarify its curative effect,so as to lay a foundation for the development of new drugs.Methods:retrospective study of prospective database.Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendectomy in the second affiliated hospital of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected.In postoperative patients with CV 8 hole connection unimpeded dispersion and the control group patients,statistical patient clinical curative effect,time of bowel sounds for the first time,for the first time,to first defecation time,postoperative exhaust time,biochemical levels,gastrointestinal hormone level changes of figure,the postoperative complications,postoperative adverse reactions,to analyse CV 8 external mobility of curative effect.Results:60 patients with POI after appendectomy were included in this study.After the study of the treatment group and the control group,the cure rate,the effective rate and the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group were all higher than the control group,and the total effective rate reached 93.33%.The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time and feeding time of the patients in the treatment group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was also significantly shorter than those in the control group.The level of gastrin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the levels of somatostatin and plasma motilin were significantly higher than that in the control group.In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative complications,the treatment group was far lower than the control group.After the study of the treatment group and the control group,the cure rate,the effective rate and the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group were all higher than the control group,and the total effective rate reached 93.33%.The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time and feeding time of the patients in the treatment group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was also significantly shorter than those in the control group.The level of gastrin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the levels of somatostatin and plasma motilin were significantly higher than that in the control group.In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative complications,the treatment group was far lower than the control group.Conclusion:shenque point external application of unblocked powder has a significant effect on the improvement of gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendectomy without obvious complications or adverse reactions.
