| Background:Through the screening and sorting of the "damp and heat syndrome" medical cases in the two medical case books "famous medical cases" and "continuing famous medical cases",and the use of literature research methods and data mining technology,the contents of such medical cases such as disease name,symptoms,prescriptions,drugs and pulse patterns were systematically studied.The etiology,pathogenesis,location and rule of syndrome and treatment of "dampness-heat syndrome" were extracted to guide clinical practice,and the thoughts of clinical diagnosis and treatment of "dampness-heat syndrome" by ancient doctors were discussed,so as to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment and research of "dampness-heat syndrome" in the future.Methods:This study is based on the photocopies of famous medical cases and cases of continuing famous medical cases published by people's medical publishing house in 1957.A total of 262 medical cases related to "dampness and heat syndrome" were preliminarily screened out,including 96 cases of "famous medical cases" and 166 cases of "continuing famous medical cases".After being excluded and screened,177 cases were finally included in the group.Using 20 to frequency calculation and IBM SPSS modeler 18 statistical software to conduct association rule calculation,and then combined with the knowledge of previous generations of doctors on "damp and heat syndrome",the statistical results were analyzed with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Results of frequency analysis:(1)In "famous medical cases" "continued famous medical cases" "humid heat syndrome" medical cases there are 66 kinds of diseases,which appear in the highest frequency of diseases successively for jaundice,wet,beriberi,dysentery,Yin disease,pain,heat,flaccidity,diarrhea,the frequency is more than 4%.(2)There were 92 types of symptoms in the "damp and heat syndrome" medical records of "famous medical cases" and "continuing famous medical cases",among which the most frequent symptoms were local redness,heat and pain,fever,tolerance,and yellowing,all with a frequency of more than23%.Next abdominal distension,fidgety,abdominal pain,ruffian is frowsty ruffian is full,body heavy and listless,urinate disadvantageous,catharsis,thirsty,dislike cold,sweating symptom,its frequency also is higher than 12%.(3)There were 86 prescriptions for "dampness and heat syndrome" in "famousmedical cases" and "continuing famous medical cases",among which the prescriptions with the highest frequency were buzhong yiqi decoction,longdan xigan decoction and erchen decoction,with the frequency of more than 34%.Followed by spleen decoction,flavor free powder,siwu soup,qingzao soup,sijunzi soup,pingwei powder,wendan soup,wulingsan,etc.,the frequency is also higher than 12%.(4)In "famous medical cases" "continuing famous medical cases" "damp heat syndrome" medical records there are 188 kinds of drugs,the most frequent drugs are atraceae,angelica,poria cocos,the frequency is more than 84%;Followed by ginseng,processed liquorice,licorice,atractylodes,cortex phellodendri,alisma,scutellaria,tangerine peel and bupleurum,the frequency was also higher than 51%.(5)There are 79 kinds of pulse signs in the "damp-heat syndrome" medical records of "famous medical cases" and "continuing famous medical cases",among which the pulse signs of high frequency,moisture,slip,weak,chord,large,slow,acerb and slip Numbers are all higher than 5% in frequency.2.The result of the association rule operation(1)Set the support at 10% confidence level of 20%,on the basis of a symptom database to carry on the association rules algorithm,get symptoms = >symptoms associated with 27 group,both for the second order.(2)The support was set at 5% and the confidence was set at 40%.The association rule operation was conducted on the prescription database anddrug database of enrolled medical records,and 27 groups of the prescription=> drug association group were obtained,all of which were second-order associations.(3)The support was set at 15% and the confidence was set at 90%.The association rules were calculated for the drug database of enrolled medical records,and the drug => drug association group had 18 groups,including 4binomial associations,11 triple associations and 3 quadruple associations.(4)The support degree and confidence degree were set as 5% and 15%respectively.The association rule operation was conducted on symptom database and prescription database of enrolled medical records,and the symptom => prescription association group had 11 groups,including 6second-order associations and 5 third-order associations.(5)The support was set at 10% and the confidence was set at 40%.The symptom database and drug database of enrolled medical records were calculated by association rules,and the symptom => drug association group had 28 groups,all of which were second-order associations.Conclusions:It is believed that the disease of "dampness and heat syndrome" is caused by the joint invasion of dampness and heat.In terms of symptoms and disease location,there are mainly body surface lesions and viscera lesions.Mainly to the body surface lesions,the performance of many limitations,for heat slant sheng,the common symptoms of the limb local red,hot pain,limb pain,fever,itching,etc.Is given priority to with visceral lesions,wet remedying,more performance in the upper abdomen spleen and liver dysfunction,its common symptoms are poor appetite,yellowing,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,the new new full,body weight,burnout,diarrhea,vomiting,nausea,vomiting,evil cold,etc.In the treatment,according to the heat and dampness to the side of the medicine,or to clear the heat,heat relief,supplemented by dry,wet;Or give priority to with invigorating spleen dryness and dampness,complementary with clearing heat,or pay equal attention to qing dryness,two evil and qing,but no matter what kind of treatment is adopted,all outstanding reflected to pay attention to protect the person qi and blood this diagnosis and treatment
