Study On The Effect Of Manipulation Combined With Pressing With Eleven Prescriptions On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of manipulation combined with pressing with eleven prescriptions on the quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and to explore its clinical significance,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:90 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with manipulation and eleven prescriptions of medicine ironing;the control group was treated with manipulation and occipitomaxillary traction.Before and after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks,the effect on the quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the change of SF-36 score,and the curative effect was evaluated by referring to the change of vas and NDI score.Results:1.General data: there was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.SF-36 score comparison:(1)before and after treatment for 1week,treatment for 2 weeks and treatment for 4 weeks,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05);(2)before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);after treatment for 1 week,treatment for 2 weeks and treatment for 4 weeks,there was significant differencebetween the treatment group and the control group Difference(P < 0.05).3.VAS score comparison:(1)Before and after treatment for 1week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);before and after treatment for 1 week,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.NDI score comparison:(1)before and after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)。(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.At the end of the treatment,the effective rate was 95.45% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group;the effective rate was81.4% and 53.49% in the control group.After statistical treatment,the overall effective rate and obvious healing rate of the two groups were compared(P < 0.05),with statistical difference.Conclusions:This study suggests that the treatment of neuroradicular cervical spondylosis with manipulation combined with eleven prescriptions of medicine ironing and manipulation combined with occipitomaxillary traction can improve SF-36 score and reduce vas and NDI score;the treatment of manipulation combined with eleven prescriptions of medicine ironing is better than that of manipulation combined with occipitomaxillary traction in improving the quality of life and alleviating pain of patients with mild and moderate neuroradicular cervical spondylosis,which is worth further study and promotion inclinical practice.
