Effect Of Microsurgery Combined With Ju Jing Tang Decoction On InhB And FT Levels In Patients With VC Infertility

Objective: To observe the improvement of inhibin B,free testosterone and semen quality in patients with varicocele infertility by microsurgical treatment and oral administration of Ju Jing Tang.Methods: a total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment according to the random number table: 30 patients in group A were treated by microsurgery alone;A total of 30 patients in group B were treated with surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for 12 weeks after microsurgical treatment.12 weeks later,inhibin B,free testosterone and semen routine(sperm concentration,sperm motility,sperm forward movement)were measured and analyzed statistically.Results: compared with group A,inhibin B,free testosterone and semen quality in group A were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);compared with group B,the recovery of inhibin B,free testosterone and semen quality in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Ju jing Tang decoction can significantly promote the recovery of spermatogenic function in infertile patients with varicocele.2.Inhibin B and free testosterone are correlated with semen quality,which can be used as an index to evaluate the surgical effect of infertile patients with varicocele.3.Microsurgery is an effective method to treat infertility of varicocele.
