The Effect Of Modified Dahuang Zhechong Granule On Total Testosterone In Patients With Varicocele Oligozoospermia And Abnormal Testosterone

Objective: Clinical application of flavored rhubarb aphid granules to observe the clinical efficacy of patients with varicocele oligozoospermia.To observe the effect of modified Dahuang Zhechong granule on total testosterone in patients with varicocele oligozoospermia and abnormal testosterone.To evaluate the effect of modified Dahuang Zhechong granule on sex hormones and provide a scientific basis for the effective clinical practice of modified Dahuang Zhechong granule.Method: Sixty patients with varicocele oligozoospermia and total testosterone abnormalities with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are selected from Andrology clinic in the first affiliated hospital.Using statistical random number table method,60 eligible patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the classification criteria of 30 cases in each group.On the basis of safety test,the treatment group is given modified Dahuang Zhechong granule 1 dose per day,water 200 ml,2 times a day.The control group is given Aescuven forte and 1 tablet per day,water200 ml,2 times a day.The course of treatment is evaluated 2 months after continuous administration.Before and after treatment,the clinical indicators,TCM symptoms,and comprehensive curative effects of the two groups are observed;varicocele,sperm concentration,activity,morphology and peripheral blood sex hormones(TT,FSH,ICSH,E2,P,PRL)of the two groups treatment are observed before and after treatment.All data are analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.When the test was P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The clinical study data is measured by mean ± standard deviation(X ± S),the rank data is analyzed by rank sum test,and the differences between groups and groups are tested by independent sample t test.Result:After a 2-month clinical observation,the results show that: The evaluation of clinical indicators show that the total effective rate is 64.3% in the treatment group and 70.3% in the control group.There is no significant difference between the groups(P=0.39>0.05).The efficacy evaluation of TCM symptoms show that the total effective rate of the treatment group is78.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 37.0%.There is significant statistical significance between the groups(P=0.00<0.05).The comprehensive efficacy evaluation show that the total effective rate is 78.6%in the treatment group and 81.5% in the control group.There is no significant difference between the groups(P=0.45>0.05).2.Both the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve varicocele,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Both the treatment group and the control group couldeffectively improve the sperm concentration,PR and PR+NP,which are statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.There is no significant difference in the sperm morphology rate(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.35>0.05).5.Both the treatment group and the control group could effectively reduce the total testosterone level,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).But there is no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.76>0.05).There is no significant difference between follicle stimulating hormone and stromal cell stimulating hormone(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.There is no significant difference in the levels of estradiol,progesterone and pituitary prolactin(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).7.Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the testicular pain,scrotal swelling and dull pain of the main symptoms of TCM.There is significant statistical significance(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in testicular pain,scrotal swelling and dull pain between the groups.(P>0.05).The treatment group can effectively improve the waist and knee soreness.There is significant statistical significance(P=0.00<0.05).There is no significant difference in the improvement of the waist and knee soreness in the control group(P=0.58>0.05).There is significant difference in the improvement of the waist and knee soreness between the two groups(P=0.00<0.05).8.The treatment group can effectively improve the symptomsof dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia,and forgetfulness of secondary symptoms of TCM.There is significant statistical significance(P<0.05);The control group no significant improvement on dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia and forgetfulness.There is no statistical significance(P>0.05).There are significant differences between the groups in dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia,and forgetfulness.There is significant statistical significance(P=0.00<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Modified Dahuang Zhechong granule have a definite therapeutic effect on varicocele oligozoospermia,which can effectively improve sperm concentration and sperm motility.It confirm that Modified Dahuang Zhechong granule can effectively treat varicocele oligozoospermia.2.Modified Dahuang Zhechong granule treat patients with varicocele oligozoospermia with abnormal testosterone show that the stromal cell stimulating hormone and pituitary prolactin decreased while the total testosterone decreased simultaneously.The target may be regulated in the pituitary gland and synergistically applied to the stroma cell.And the cell that reduce testosterone synthesis to reduce total testosterone.3.Modified Dahuang Zhechong granule to promote blood circulation,replenishing kidney and sperm.It may reduce blood reflux to the adrenal gland and improve microenvironment to effectively reduce the reflux of cholesterol and other substances to the testicles.It can effectively improve the blood supply and energy of the testes,reduce testicular damage,and reduce premature shedding of spermatogenic and immature sperm,then improve the microenvironment ofsperm development.
