Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yigong San combined with negative pressure drainage for the prevention and treatment of subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer, the advantages and safety of Jia Wei Yi Gong San combined with negative pressure drainage for the prevention and treatment of subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer were explored to provide clinical practice Theoretical basis. Methods:In this study,60 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected from our department’s breast department and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each according to the random numbertable. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yigong San combined with negative pressure drainage, and the control group was treated with negative pressure drainage. The Chinese medicine was started on the first day after surgery. After 7 days of treatment, the subcutaneous effusion drainage and drainage time(intercostal space)were observed,Axillary drainage tube),wound healing,TCM symptom score, incidence of subcutaneous effusion(prevention of intercostal and axillary drainage tube and color Doppler ultrasound of the affected chest wall and axillary to determine whether the fluid is accumulated)Clinical symptoms changed and recorded.Results:1.A total of 60 patients were included in the study for data research and statistics. The control group and the treatment group each collected 30 patients. There were no statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in terms of surgical methods, age, gender, and tumor stage(P> 0.05),which were comparable.2.There was no statistical difference in TCM symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P> 0.05),which was comparable.3.Subcutaneous effusion drainage, drainage time, wound healing, and incidence of TCM symptom grade subcutaneous effusion were improved in the two groups after treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group with statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Yigong Powder can obviously prevent the drainage time, drainage volume, wound healing,TCM symptom score, incidence of subcutaneous effusion after extubation, etc.in patients with subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer. The action mechanism of the intervention of postoperative subcutaneous effusion, and provides a basis for the clinical treatment of postoperative subcutaneous effusion in breast cancer.
