The Study Of The Correlation Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution And Syndrome Types In Patients With Heart Failure With Mid-range Ejection Fraction

Objective: This subject mainly studies the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitutions and syndrome types of patients with heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction(HFmr EF),analyzes the distribution characteristics of TCM constitutions and syndrome types of HFmr EF patients,and discusses the correlation between TCM Constitutions and syndrome types.so as to provides new ideas for distinguishing TCM and dialectically preventing and treating HFmr EF.Method: Researchers of this research group used a one-to-one questionnaire survey to fill out the "TCM constitutions Form" and "TCM syndrome Questionnaire" for 157 patients who met the inclusion criteria.Obtain the general information of patients,NYNH cardiac function classification,cardiac color Doppler ultrasound index,laboratory index,TCM constitutions and TCM syndrome types,etc.create a research database,and use statistical software to analyze the TCM constitution characteristics and syndrome type distribution of HFmr EF patients and Correlation with some inspection indicators.Result: 1.HFmr EF patients are more male(58.6%)than female(41.4%),mainly aged 61-70(34.4%),and more common in mental workers(56.7%),and the cause of heart failure is mostly coronary heart disease(51%),More people with a history of smoking(54.7%)than those without a history ofsmoking(45.3%).2.The TCM constitutions of patients with HFmr EF is related to gender and age(P<0.05).Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitutions are predominant in male,while blood stasis and yang deficiency constitutions are predominant in female;< 70-year-olds are mainly of yin deficiency,71-80-years-old are of yin deficiency and blood-stasis constitutions.As the age increases,the yang deficiency constitution mass also increases.3.The TCM constitution and syndromes of patients with HFmr EF are related to cardiac function classification(P<0.05).Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution are mainly cardiac function grade II;blood stasis and phlegm dampness constitution are mainly cardiac function grade III;yang deficiency constitution is mainly cardiac function grade IV;heart and lung qi deficiency and qi and yin deficiency syndromes are mainly cardiac function grade II.The qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes are mainly cardiac function grade III.The heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and phlegm-draining lung-blocking syndrome are mainly heart function grade IV.With the increase of cardiac function classification,the proportion of yang deficiency syndrome is getting larger and larger.4.The TCM constitution of patients with HFmr EF is related to cholesterol level and interventricular septal thickness(P<0.05).The phlegm-moist quality cholesterol level is the highest;the phlegm-moist quality interventricular space thickness is the largest;Physical fitness was not related(P>0.05),but it was related to TCM syndrome types(P<0.05).The NT-pro BNP level in the heart-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome was the highest,and the NT-pro BNP level in the heart-lung-qi deficiency syndrome was the lowest.5.The frequency of TCM constitution in patients with HFmr EF is Qi deficiency(38.2%),blood stasis(22.9%),yin deficiency(21.0%),yang deficiency(11.5%),phlegm dampness(0.6%);The frequency of TCM syndrome type in patients with HFmr EF is qi and yindeficiency syndrome(42.0%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(31.8%),heart-lung-qi deficiency syndrome(11.5%),heart-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome(8.3%),and phlegm-draining lung-blocking syndrome(6.4%).6.HFmr EF has a correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome type(P <0.05).After the onset of qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution,both tends to qi and yin deficiency syndromes,blood stasis constitution tends to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency constitution tends to heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and phlegm dampness constitution tends to phlegm-draining lung-blocking syndrome.Conclusion: 1.The type of TCM constitution of HFmr EF patients is mostly Qi deficiency,followed by Yin deficiency;the type of TCM syndrome is mostly Qi and yin deficiency,followed by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.The TCM constitution is related to the syndrome types,both Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution tend to Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis constitution tends to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency constitution tends to heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and phlegm dampness constitution tends to phlegm drinking and lung obstruction syndrome.3.Through the study of the correlation between TCM constitutions and syndrome types of HFmr EF patients,it is conducive to the close combination of clinical body differentiation,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and further improve the clinical efficacy.
