Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Early And Intermediate Hip Osteoarthritis With Silver Needle Heat Conduction

Objective:To observe the efficacy of silver needle heat conduction therapy in the treatment of early and middle stage hip osteoarthritis,and to explore the efficacy and safety of silver needle heat conduction therapy in the treatment of early and middle stage hip osteoarthritis,so as to provide a more simple and effective non-surgical treatment method for the clinical treatment of early and middle stage hip osteoarthritis.Metholds:In this study,50 patients with early and middle term hip osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected from the department of bone and limb in the airport hospital of ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine and were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.The treatment group USES the silver needle therapy of thermal conductivity,1 treatment per week,2 treatments for a course of treatment.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion for 14 days.At 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment,pain,joint function,and laboratory parameters were compared between the two groups.Results:1.By comparing the VAS pain scores of the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that both the silver needle guide group and the acupuncture group had an improvement effect on hip joint pain,but the silver needle heat conduction therapy was significantly better than the acupuncture group in relieving hip joint pain(p<0.05),and the mid analgesic effect was significant.2.By comparing the Harris score before and after treatment of the two groups of patients to assess hip joint function,statistical analysis of the data showed that both the silver needle group and theacupuncture group could improve hip joint function,but the silver needle group was significantly better than the acupuncture group(p<0.05),and the mid efficacy was obvious.3.Two weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the silver needle group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture and moxibustion group,and the difference was statistically significant at p<0.05.4.The serum levels of il-6 and tnf-a in the two groups before and 2 weeks after treatment were compared,and it was found that both groups showed improvement in il-6 and tnf-a after 2 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment,but the silver needle group had better effect(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that both treatments can reduce the inflammatory response in patients with hip osteoarthritis,but the silver acupuncture group is better than the acupuncture group.Conclusion:Silver needle therapy and acupuncture therapy of thermal conductivity in the middle of the early hip arthritis are effective in the treatment,can alleviate pain,improve the function of hip joint,reduce inflammation index,but the curative effect of silver needle therapy of thermal conductivity is better,and the mid effect is obviously better than acupuncture group,so you can draw a silver needle middle thermal therapy can relieve symptoms in patients with hip arthritis,improve the treatment of life,worth clinical promotion.
