Objective: To study the relationship between inflammatory reaction of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and myocardial perfusion after intervention in patients with different TCM syndromes,so as to provide theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. Methods: This project selected patients who were definitely diagnosed as STEMI and underwent coronary angiography and PCI within 12 hours in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020.According to the diagnostic criteria of true heartache, the patients were divided into qi deficiency and blood stasis group(n = 45)and phlegm obstruction group(n = 41).The general data of the two groups and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,SOD,PLA)before and after intervention were recorded and compared. The changes of TIMI blood flow grade,TIMI myocardial perfusion grade, corrected TIMI frame count, total elevation of ST segment and percentage of decline were observed. Results :(1)The proportion of leukocytes, neutrophils and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the patients with turbid phlegm were significantly higher than those in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group was higher than that in the phlegm obstruction group(P<0.05).(2)Before intervention, the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the turbid phlegm group were higher than those in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group(P<0.05),and the level of SOD in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group was higher than that in the phlegm stagnation group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and PLA were higher in the group of turbid phlegm after operation(P<0.05),and the level of SOD in the group of qi deficiency and blood stasis was still higher than that in the group of turbid phlegm.(3)The postoperative myocardial perfusion in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group was significantly better than that in the phlegm stagnation group(P<0.05).Conclusions:After intervention, the myocardial perfusion of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis is better, and the index of inflammatory factors is lower, indicating that the oxidative stress of inflammatory reaction in patients with acute myocardial infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is weaker than that in patients with turbid phlegm obstruction.
