Clinical Study Of Fuyang Wenshen Decoction On The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia With Yang Deficiency And Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuyang Wenshen Recipe on dialectical treatment of vascular dementia,and detect the serum indexes of TNF-α,IL-6 and MDA before and after treatment;Clarify the clinical effect of Fuyang Wenshen Recipe on the disease under the guidance of Fuyang thought And,with the help of relevant laboratory indicators,we can initially reveal the efficacy mechanism of the prescription and provide new ideas and means for the treatment of Va D.Methods: A total of 70 patients with vascular dementia of Yang deficiency and phlegm stasis type were included in the outpatient department or inpatient department of the hospital from March 2019 to January2020.Random number table method was used to randomly divide the treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional basic medical treatment for vascular dementia,and piracetam tablets were used as the control.The treatment group was supplemented with Fuyang Wenshen Recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks for 2 courses of treatment.After the treatment course,the clinical efficacy,cognitive function,daily living ability,and TCM syndrome improvement of the two groups were compared,and safety analysis was performed according to adverse reactions and related monitoring indicators during the medication period.At the same time,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the laboratory,and serum MDA levels were determined by thiobarbituric acid,to compare the changes before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy and cognitive function: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 81.25%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 69.70%.The total clinical effective rates of the two groups were different(P <0.01),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was excellent In the control group,the cognitive function of the two groups after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment,which was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);(2)Comparison of activity of daily living: after treatment The patients in the latter two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,which was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);(3)TCM symptom score comparison: The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were higher than before Decreased(P <0.05),but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05);(4)Plasma levels of TNF-α 、 IL-6,and MDA decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased The degree was better than the control group(P <0.01).(5)Clinical adverse reactions: No serious adverse events occurred during the treatment with Fuyang Wenshen Decoction,and the patient was well tolerated.Conclusions: In Yang phlegm and blood stasis type of pure western medicine treatment of vascular dementia linked with Yang warming the kidney and party,in improving the patients’ clinical curative effect,cognitive function,daily life ability,TCM syndrome is superior to pure western medicine treatment,its mechanism may be related to reduce serum TNF-ɑ,IL-6,MDA level.
