Clinical Analysis Of Primary Suture In Laparoscopic Exploration Of Common Bile Duct

Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of T-tube drainage and primary suture for common bile duct stones after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration,and to study the safety and feasibility of primary suture.Methods: The clinical data of patients undergoing LCBDE treatment for gallbladder stones,cholecystitis,common bile duct stones with cholangitis at the Hepatobiliary Surgery from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 were retrospectively analyzed,A total of 59 cases.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into primary suture group(30 cases)and T-tube drainage group(29 cases),Analyze and compare the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization cost,postoperative abdominal drainage drainage,postoperative hospitalization time,postoperative gastrointestinal exhaust time,and postoperative complications.Results: In terms of operation time,hospitalization cost,postoperative abdominal drainage tube drainage,postoperative hospitalization time,etc,the primary suture group was better than the T tube drainage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the intraoperative bleeding,postoperative gastrointestinal exhaust time,and postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the case of strict selection of indications,the primary suture after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration has certain advantages over T-tube drainage,which can reduce the patient’s pain and speed up the process of disease recovery without increasing the complications of surgery.It is a more economical technique that is more in line with minimally invasive concepts,and it is safe and feasible.
