Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of qingjin zhisu decoction with traditional decoction in the treatment of phlegm and hot cough.Methods:Eighty patients aged 18-65 years old with phlegm and heat cough who were first diagnosed at the famous hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the emergency clinic of yunnan provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research object.The 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with40 cases each.Treatment group give clear gold check rinse free decoction(daily 1 agent,1,3,1 time 1 bag,150 ml hot water a blunt)treatment,the control group given the same doses of pure gold check rinse the traditional medicinal broth(tisanes machine tisanes,three bags of each agent,150 ml/bag,daily 1 agent,1,3,1 1 bag)treatment,7 days for a period of treatment,drug use one course of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,TCM symptoms and safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups of treatment.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment was conducted within the group,and P < 0.05 was found,indicating that both treatment regimens could improve the TCM syndrome of patients in the two groups.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups showed that P <0.05,indicating the difference between the two groups in improving TCM syndrome scores.Combined with the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment,the control group(94.12%)was significantly more effective than the treatment group(81.58%).2.Comparison of TCM symptoms: The comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups showed that P < 0.05,indicating the therapeutic effect of the two groups.The comparison between the two groups showed that the control group had better clinical efficacy than the treatment group in the treatment of cough and phlegm.In the treatment of fever,thirst and bowel movements such as secondary symptoms,the two groups of clinical efficacy is similar.3.Comparison of safety indicators: After treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The results showed that P > 0.05,indicating that the two groups of treatment regiments had no significant effect on the safety indicators of blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,and liver and kidney function of the patients.No obvious side effects and adverse reactions occurred during the experiment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of qingjin zhisou prescription traditional decoction on phlegm hot cough is better than that of non-decoction.
