Curative Observation Of Huangjin Wanhong Ointment On Psoriasis Vulgaris With Skin Barrier Dysfunction

Objective:Huangjin Wanhong ointment combined with calcipotriol in the therapy of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris,and to analyse the changes of PASI,skin barrier function,TCM syndrome score,pruritus score and serum TNF-α before and after intervention,evaluate their safety and efficiency,to reflect the medicinal value of Huangjin Wanhong ointment in the therapy of psoriasis.Methods:Ninety-six subjects were averagely divided into three groups,according to the random principle,treatment group,control group A and control group B.treatment group were treated with modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction,Huangjin Wanhong ointment and calcipotriol,control group A were treated with modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction and Huangjin Wanhong ointment,control group B were treated with Xijiao Dihuang decoction and calcipotriol.Treatment for 4 weeks as a course and 2 courses in total,record the observation indexes before and after treatment,then statistical analysis of results was conducted.Results:1.The total effective rates of the three groups were respectively 74.19% in the treatment group,40.00% in the control group A and 66.67% in the control group B.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group A(P=0.000<0.017),and there was no marked distinction between treatment group and control group B(P=0.085>0.017),The curative effect of the control group B is slightly higher than A(P=0.014<0.017).2.Pre and post therapy,the PASI,skin barrier function,TCM syndrome score,pruritus score and serum TNF-α of the three groups were improved in varying degrees(P<0.05),the decrease of the PASI of carbotriol is better than that of Huangjin Wanhong ointment(P=0.031<0.05),and prominent in the efficacy(P=0.014<0.017),Huangjin Wanhong ointment is superior to carbotriol in improving skin barrier function-including cuticle water content and TEWL(P=0.000<0.05,P=0.037<0.05)and pruritus(P=0.010<0.017).Conclusion:Properties of Huangjin Wanhong ointment is mild and cheap,it can effectively improve pruritus and regulate skin barrier function,it is safe and effective that Huangjin Wanhong ointment combined with calcipotriol in the therapy of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.
