Clnical Observation Of Lidanhewei Decoction In The Treatment Of Bile(Reflux Gastritis Biliary Stomach Heat Syndrome)

Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy of Lidanheweifang in treating bile reflux gastritis by observing the scores of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment,the extent of bile reflux under gastroscopy,and the safety situation,and to explore new methods of traditional Chinese medicine for bile reflux gastritis.Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research method:60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,and the two groups of patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients each by random allocation.The control group was treated with omeprazole plus moxapride and the treatment group was treated with benefit.Dan He Wei Fang added oral treatment,and groups were treated for 8 weeks.Observe the results of TCM symptom score,bile reflux gastroscopy before and after treatment,and statistical results,establish a database,and use SPSS24.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the general conditions,the extent of bile reflux under gastroscopy,and the score of TCM symptoms in the two groups.two groups were comparable.After treatment,compared with the total efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73%.The treatment group was much higher than the control group.After statistical analysis,the treatment group had more advantages(P<0.05);Comparison of total symptom scores,the scores of both groups decreased before and after treatment,both can improve the patient's symptoms,compared with the control group,the treatment group has a better treatment effect(P<0.05);single comparison of TCM symptom scores,the treatment group in There were therapeutic effects on each single symptom before and after treatment(P<0.05).A comparison of the symptoms in the control group,the symptoms in the control group were:abdominal burning or soreness,dry mouth and bitterness,noisy vomiting,fullness and unpleasantness.These symptoms of diet were significantly improved,with a certain therapeutic effect,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Comparison between the treatment group and the control group found that the treatment group had abdominal burning or swelling,dry mouth,bitter mouth,The symptoms of belching,hiccups,and poor mood were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups were compared in symptoms such as fullness of dysentery,noisy vomiting,and undesired diet.Significance(P>0.05),the treatment effect is comparable.After treatment in the two groups,a total of 20 patients in the experimental group were reviewed for gastroscopy,and the total effective rate was 90%.The control group had 20 patients who underwent gastroscopy,and the total effective rate was 55%.Statistical analysis found that the treatment group had a better effect on gastroscopy improvement(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Lidanheweifang has a clear curative effect on bile reflux gastritis and bile-gastric stagnation heat syndrome type,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and has a good effect on improving the degree of bile reflux under gastroscopy,without any obvious adverse reactions.The prescription can improve the quality of life of patients,and the treatment is cheap,safe and has broad application prospects.
