Study On The Influencing Factors Of Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Hypertension And Its Correlation With TCM Constitution Based On "The WeChat Management Platform"

The article conducts theoretical and clinical research on the impact of social factors such as family structure,belief life,and discretionary income sources on patients with hypertension,and the relationship between hypertension and anxiety and depression and the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine.Theoretical research is divided into review and meta-analysis.The clinical research is based on a cross-sectional survey based on "Nanjing Chinese Medicine Hospital WeChat Public Account Hypertension Management Platform" to explore the social factors such as family structure,belief life,income source,etc.for the anxiety and depression of hypertension And its correlation with the distribution of TCM constitution types.Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of social factors such as family structure,belief life,and income source on anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension,and its correlation with the distribution of TCM constitutional types,in order to enrich the anxiety and depression in clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension The patient’s judgment basis,and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment from the perspective of correcting the TCM constitution of the patient and improving the patient’s psychological state,provide a reference for effective prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods:This study adopts a cross-sectional survey research method to investigate the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension in the outpatient clinic of Nanjing Chinese Medicine Medicine Hospital and the cardiovascular medical ward from March 2019 to January 2020.The hospital public number hypertension management platform was used to guide patients to complete general information entry and TCM body mass table,SAS,SDS evaluation,determine the patient’s anxiety and depression status and TCM constitution type,and use Excel software and SPSS24.0 statistical software to collect the collected data.Data were sorted and entered and statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 137 patients with hypertension were included in this study.Results of TCM constitution analysis:the number of peaceful constitution was 20,accounting for 14.6%,and the total number of people with biased constitution and biased constitution was 117,accounting for 85.4%.Analyze the people with a biased constitution and a tendency toward biased constitutions.The order of qi deficiency is yang deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,sputum and dampness,qi stagnation,stasis,heat and dampness,and idiosyncrasy.88 people(64.2%)with yin deficiency,68 people(49.6%)with yang deficiency and yang deficiency,67 people(48.9%)with qi deficiency and qi deficiency,62 people(45.3%)with phlegm and phlegm tendency,Qi depression quality 58 people(42.3%),Qi stagnation quality and blood stasis tendency 49 people(35.8%),damp heat quality and damp heat tendency 42 people(30.7%),idiosyncrasy and idiopathic tendency 27 people(19.7%).Analysis results of anxiety and depression status of patients:The standard scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher than those of domestic norms(P<0.05),32 were anxious(23.4%),and 42 were depressive(30.7%).Analysis of the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension:age,family history,course of disease,recreational activities,no complications,Qi depression are negatively associated with anxiety associated with hypertension,education level,combined cerebral infarction,Yin Deficiency and Qi deficiency are positively associated with associated anxiety;age,duration of hypertension,family structure,combined coronary heart disease,peace and traits are positively associated with depression associated with the patient,gender,BMI index,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency The quality and stasis were negatively correlated with depression.Among them,the independent influencing factors of hypertension associated with anxiety are family history,recreational activities and yin deficiency constitution;the independent influencing factors of hypertension associated with depression are age,BMI index,and yang deficiency constitution.This study found that patients’ dietary preferences,history of tobacco and alcohol,occupation,source of income,types of antihypertensive drugs,related diseases other than cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease,and beliefs were not significantly associated with anxiety and depression associated with hypertension.Conclusion:1.The meta-analysis results of 20 articles show that WeChat has the characteristics of convenient and fast,two-way interactive communication,wide spread,and unrestricted restrictions,which makes up for the shortcomings of conventional chronic disease health management methods.WeChat platform management has a strong advantage in comprehensive prevention and control and stabilization of blood pressure levels in patients with hypertension,and can be popularized among more people.2.The incidence of anxiety in 137 hypertensive patients was 23.4%,and of depression was 30.7%.3.Among the 137 patients with hypertension in the surveyed region,young and middle-aged patients,high education level,no family history,no or less entertainment,and cerebral infarction are risk factors for hypertension and anxiety.Low index,imperfect family structure,and coronary heart disease are risk factors for hypertension and depression.4.The biased constitution of hypertensive patients is related to their associated anxiety and depression.Yin deficiency is an independent influencing factor of hypertensive patients with anxiety,and Yang deficiency is an independent influencing factor of hypertension patients with depression.It indicates that there is a certain correlation between the balance of yin and yang in the human body and the anxiety and depression problems in patients with high blood pressure.5.Patients with hypophysical and solid constitutional hypertension are associated with their anxiety,of which hypophysic hypertension is positively correlated with their anxiety,and patients with physical constitutional hypertension are negatively correlated with their anxiety;Patients with sexual constitutional hypertension are negatively correlated with their associated depression.The three types of physical constitutions of prejudice and prejudice constitution,virtual constitution and solid constitution are not independent influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension.
