Clinical Effect Analysis Of Placement Of Manyuela And Gini After Induced Abortion

Objective To explore the clinical effects of intrauterine levonorgestrel sustained release system(LNG-IUS)and medicated GyneFix intrauterine device after induced abortion.Method 240 women of childbearing age who voluntarily terminated pregnancy and accepted IUD placement from November 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the subjects of study.The patients were divided into LNG group and GYN group,120 cases each.Among them,women in LNG group placed LNG-IUS immediately after induced abortion,while women in GYN group placed medicated GyneFix intrauterine device immediately after induced abortion.After the operation,240 subjects were followed up regularly.The time of investigation was I month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.The pregnancy rate with device,removal rate of medical reasons,termination rate related to abscission,total termination rate,continuation rate,hemorrhage mode,total hemoglobin(Hb),adverse reactions,changes of physiological parameters and reproductive tract infection were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result LNG-IUS placement immediately after induced abortion is superior to medicated GyneFix intrauterine device in contraceptive effect and continuation rate,and lower than medicated GyneFix intrauterine device in total adverse reaction rate and reproductive tract infection rate;LNG-IUS placement immediately after induced abortion has less impact on patients' bleeding pattern than medicated GyneFix intrauterine device;The abnormal hemorrhage rate of LNG-LUS users was higher than that of LNG-LUS users.With the prolongation of LNG-IUS usage time,abnormal bleeding will gradually recover,and adverse reactions will gradually reduce or disappear.Conclusion The contraceptive effect of LNG-IUS placement immediately after induced abortion is obviously better than that of medicated GyneFix intrauterine device.It has less side effects and continuation rate.It has good clinical effect and is worthy of further promotion in clinic.Significance As a populous country,family planning has always been an effective means to control the growth rate of population in China.Effective contraception is the top priority of family planning.Generally speaking,the common contraceptive methods are surgical contraception,oral contraception and IUD implantation.With the implementation of the two-child policy,most women of childbearing age have the desire to get pregnant again,and contraceptive surgery will deprive women or men of the chance to get pregnant naturally again.Although assisted reproductive technology is developing rapidly,it still can not effectively relieve the double burden of spirit and economy.Therefore,oral long-acting contraceptives and IUD have become the main methods of contraception in China.However,in recent years,the use of oral long-acting contraceptives has been declining year by year due to more adverse reactions.On the contrary,the use of IUD is increasing year by year.In particular,IUD,which releases progesterone,combines the advantages of drug(hormone)contraception and mechanical contraception.It has become the preferred method of contraception for most women of childbearing age with its high efficiency,low side effects and good safety.In order to further study the characteristics and advantages of progesterone intrauterine device(IUD),this paper selected LNG-IUS and Jenny Beauty IUD as comparison,explored the specific clinical effect of LNG-IUS,and obtained effective clinical data.
