Thyroid neoplasms is a common cancer that often arised from women. In recent years, the average annual incidence rate has exceeded 62,000.Although the mortality of thyroid tumors has changed little in the past 50 years, thyroid tumors have a wide range of clinical features, ranging from indolent tumors with low mortality but high numbers of patients to aggressive malignant tumors such as thyroid gland.Differentiated cancer still has a serious impact on the lives of patients. The challenge for doctors treating thyroid tumors is to balance treatment so that patients with low-risk disease or benign thyroid nodules do not over-treat.At the same time, they need to know patients with more advanced or high-risk conditions that require more aggressive treatments. Therefore, proper diagnostic testing before starting treatment is critical to the patient's rationalized treatment, and how to effectively diagnose is also the current problem. At present, there are many methods for detecting thyroid tumors in clinical practice, including: B-ultrasound detection, pathological section detection, cell staining detection and radioimmunoassay. However, these methods often have some drawbacks in practical applications, such as relatively low detection rate, complicated and cumbersome part of the method, serve patient damage and difficult collection of test materials. Therefore,if a suitable method can be found to reduce small trauma, simple operation process and detection of tumor-related markers, the detection effect will be greatly improved, and a reasonable treatment plan can be developed. The thyroid globulin(Thyroglobulin Tg)marker was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong patient compliance, simple and easy to detect materials and relatively high detection rate.Diagnosis has a good application prospect. The principle is mainly combined with the highly sensitive chemiluminescence method and the highly specific immunological principle, the so-called Chemiluminescence immunoassay, referred to as CLIA.Currently, the method has been diagnosed and treated in heart system diseases. It plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of immune system diseases, virus detection and tumor marker detection, and has been widely used in major hospitals and various medical institutions.Chemiluminescence immunoassay can be widely used. The main reason is that chemiluminescence immunoassay has high sensitivity,up to 0.2ng/ml.However the sensitivity of radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay are 10ng/ml and 1.0ng/ml respectively. The sample can be easily detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay which radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay could not measure.Substance;chemiluminescence immunoassay has a wide range of linear kinetics, and the luminescence intensity is linear between 4-6 and the concentration of the test substance, which is superior to the enzyme-linked immunoassay;chemiluminescence immunity The law light signal has a long duration. At present, the light signal generated by CLIA can maintain several hours or even one day, which simplifies the experimental operation and measurement. The chemiluminescence immunoassay is simple and rapid, the result is stable, the error is small, the safety is good, and the use period is long. Therefore,in order to investigate whether chemiluminescence immunoassay is suitable for clinically assisted diagnosis of thyroid neoplasms, this study firstly used 100 patients with thyroid tumors and 100 healthy subjects who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018.For the study subjects, the content of TG in serum was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The results showed that the serum TG content of patients with thyroid tumor was significantly higher than that of healthy controls, indicating that the increase of TG level was positively correlated with thyroid tumor, which can be used as auxiliary diagnosis indicators for thyroid tumors.Further,to clarify the advantages of chemiluminescence immunoassay in detecting TG,and whether the method has the advantages of improving the detection rate compared with the traditional radioimmunoassay, the chemiluminescence immunoassay is used as an experimental group, and the radioimmunoassay is used as a control group.100 cases of thyroid tumor patients were tested for TG content. The results showed that the detection rate of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 49%,and the detection rate of radioimmunoassay was 33 %,in contrast, the detection rate of chemical immunoassay is higher and more accurate. In order to better judge the relationship between the sensitivity of the two methods and the recurrence or death,we expanded the number of samples to 200 cases,TG <70ng / ml(chemiluminescence immunoassay)and TG <400ng/mlpatients(radioimmunoassay)were followed up and divided into I131 treatment group and I131 untreated group according to whether they received I131 treatment. The recurrence rate in the experimental group and the control group was almost the same, and remained at 9-10%,which is not directly related to I131 treatment. The results of this study show that chemiluminescence immunoassay is superior to radioimmunoassay in the detection of thyroid tumor marker TG,and its accuracy and detection rate are higher, which is more conducive to the detection of thyroid patients in the later stage. It will play a better role in preventive testing and postoperative monitoring.Combined with the above results,it was found that in the chemiluminescence immunoassay used in the experimental group,TG positive results were 49,of which 10 relapse patients were included in the follow-up results, and the detection rate was 100%.In the radioimmunoassay used in the control group, there were 33 TG positive results,of which 9 recurrence patients were included in the follow-up results, and 1 recurrence patient was not included, and the detection rate was 90%.Comparing the two experimental methods,it can be seen that the detection results of chemiluminescence immunoassay are higher than the radioimmunoassay, both in the positive detection rate of TG and in the results of relapsed patients.
